From the age of 13, Steve Mason aspired to be a contractor. In 1993, Steve's vision came to life, and Mason Mechanical embarked on a path to achievement.
As a family-operated firm in Arizona, establishing and maintaining a business that the Masons could endorse to their relatives and friends was essential. This required providing excellent products, supporting our team, and working to go beyond customer satisfaction. Mason Pro Services makes every effort to invest in our staff and the community.
Mason Pro Services is growing and is recognized as a leading provider of all-in-one home and business services in Arizona, offering AC, plumbing, and electrical expertise. The daily operations involve Steve, Deanna, and their children, ensuring that their foundational vision is upheld and their values are emphasized. After finishing trade school and gaining experience in the HVAC field, Steve and Deanna Mason set their plan into motion; to build a service-focused business that delivers quality AC, plumbing, and electrical products along with an exceptional customer experience. Outside of work, Steve enjoys family time and horseback riding.

Fantastic and professional service! We had a gas leak in our home in Mesa on January 1 of this year. We called a plumbing company, whose employee couldn't be bothered to even look for the source of the leak, gave us nothing but excuses as to why he couldn't perform the work, and gave us an outrageous estimate as well. We sent that company away and called Mason Plumbing, which we knew regularly services our area. David and another employee were phenomenal in locating the problem and taking their time to fix it correctly, saving us money. They also explained the process step by step. Honest and hardworking. Thanks, guys!
I had Mason Mechanical put in my new AC unit because they partner with Lowes. They were great on the installation, their crews are nice and professional yet friendly. Unfortunately my new unit was making a whine that was driving us crazy. They came back out the next day after installation to try and quiet it down, no one was sure why it was making that whine. They have been out multiple times to address this issue, they finally got it to be quieter but I had to make some concessions on the filter I could use. They didn't think that should be the final answer and so they continue to work to resolve the issue in the best possible manner. I've had the installation manager out and even the owner of the company has come out to make sure my unit works they way it should. They could have very easily told me to ""just live with it,"" but they haven't and they continue to make the time and effort to make my unit work the way it should. I really appreciate their commitment to doing the job right and making sure I'm happy with my investment. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to have any work done that they do!
As of 9/11/2017 they have continued to work toward a solution to fix the problem. They have reached a solution that is more than fair to me. They have been nothing but kind and professional and have never once made me feel bad about all of the effort they have put into finding a solution. I am very grateful for their commitment to customer service and excellence. It's been a long time since I have had the good fortune to work with a company that has the values Mason Mechanical does. I highly recommend them!
Challen gave us a complete package of all the available Trane air conditioners.
After extensive measurements of our rooms,
He determined that our present 5 ton HVAC
was too large.
It was not long that with his knowledge
of the units and most complete presentation,
we confidently chose the 2 stage 16 seer
variable speed 4 ton unit.
We are extremely satisfied with the unit
and applaud Mason Mechanical for hiring
professionals such as Challen.

Laura S.Great experience. I called around 11am and Jim was at my house before 2pm. Irma, their dispatcher, kept me apprised of when to expect him. Jim was professional, did a thorough check, let us know everything that was causing the issue and had it all fixed quickly. I will definitely use Mason Mech from now on.

Nate S.I didn't know that contractors of this caliber still existed. Technically strong and with a Wow! follow up service. Exceeding customer expectations is not a marketing slogan but something that Mason Mechanical showed me from the initial evaluation up to filling for a rebate with SRP and a mailed invitation for feedback from the president of the company.
Professional is the word that pops up.
If we could give more stars we would, since this company EXCEEDED our highest expectations. From the first contact with the office through the final inspection, each expert team member of Mason Mechanical performed their piece with skill and efficiency; and they were all... really nice!
We are very thrifty retirees and money IS an issue. We read as much as we could online about the different brands and the different installing companies and decided to get three bids: Goodman, Carrier and Trane. In the end we went with Mason Mechanical and Trane which was the higher bid by just under $500. For the extra money we got:
1. A higher ""seer"" (which equates to better effeciency)-16 seer from Trane as opposed to a 14 seer from both Goodman and Carrier. This resulted in a rebate from SRP (SRP did not offer a rebate for a 14 seer) that was factored into the 16 seer bid for a Trane. Mason Mechanical took care of all the paperwork and subtracted the rebate amount from the bid.
2. A longer service warranty from Mason Mechanical.
3. A precision team that took the time to offer options and explained step by step what would happen. They hauled away the old equipment and left no mess.
Thank you, Challen, Johnny, Ron, Brett and Dion. These young men were awesome! (Challen was our first face to face contact with the company and he spent so much time getting to know us and our needs that if we had his address we'd probably add him to our Christmas list!)
After returning to Az this winter I found that I had no heat in the house. I consulted with a number of companies before choosing Mason Mechanical to install a new heating/cooling system. I am extremely happy that I did. The sales representative,Joe Calo, was very professional. He explained everything very well as we went through the process of getting a price for a new unit. Before he left my house I had a proposal in my hands.
The install team that came out appeared to be well trained and worked well together. They worked very hard and completed the entire job in one long day. They cleaned up the job site before leaving.
A few days after the install I had a follow up visit from Joe Calo,sales rep, and Dion, a technician to double check the install and answer any question that I might have.
I had a great experience in my dealings with Mason Mechanical.
I am going to get water softener system for my home soon. I just found out that Mason Mechanical will be adding that service in a couple of weeks. You can bet that they will be my preferred company to work with. This is a company that I trust completely.

Worst company ever!!!!! I'm a tenant at a building they service. When I arrived here. Mason is the contractor to service the air. I was told that one evap cooler needed to be replaced and one was ok. The building owner took care of the units with Mason Mechanical and all was fine. I leased the building. I used units for 3 months during the summer. Then when it came time to winterize the units Mason came back and said the other unit was now condemned and in order to fix it they needed to replace it and wanted to bill me over 2000.00 for a new unit replacing the old one. Here is want gets me, I send another service up to look at the unit as a second opinion, as I was up there with them we notice that there is hand writing on the cooler that says condemned with a date one year before I moved in. This is a company I would stay away from.
