Mason ALWAYS does a great job!

My bathroom flooded -- Chuck Mason returned my late evening call right away to let me know he was booked the next day so I called another plumber. That other plumber quoted me $2,500 and his explanation of the problem didn't sound right to me, so I called Mason again and they booked me for the following day.

Kurt was prompt, professional, and fixed it for $180. AND he explained the basics I need to know without making me feel like an idiot. Mason is the way to go!

You need to remind your drivers that your name is all over the vans. Honking and yelling and giving the finger, then tailgating and cutting off other drivers may get him shot...just letting you know what's happening out there.

Not a professional service company.

I called them on a Thursday to clear a clogged sewer lateral. On Friday called back to complain of a still slow draining toilet on the lower level. I was told I needed to replace the toilet. Of course, late Friday night fixtures are overflowing again. Called them on Saturday and was told sorry no weekend service, we can't come until Monday afternoon.

We had a leak on a Sunday and Mason Plumbing was recommended very highly by another plumber who was too busy to help us. Mason Plumbing was so responsive. Cameron came by early on Monday morning. He fixed our leak and his fee was very, very reasonable especially for such prompt service. We are keeping his number in our contacts and will certainly use him again. Very impressed. Thank you!

Called for a leaking faucet repair. His guy fixed the leak in 10 minutes, and then proceeded to suggest that I replace all my toilets with a brand I'd never heard of. When I researched the brand, I saw lots of complaints about cracked tanks and poor customer service. So I paid for an hour of service for a ten minute job and a sales pitch. Plus he charged $15 and 10% tax on a $3 set of washers. Won't return despite the wonderful reviews. I guess small jobs are not his thing.

Mason Plumbing is a great company! Cameron the owner is a great communicator and is prompt and punctual. He does great and clean work. I am a real estate agent and need great people to work with regularly and he is my go to guy. I found him on Yelp and now I know that he earned his great reviews! I love him and will use him over and over! He is a business man and a great plumber.

Gets the job done if you don't mind a their cranky customer service. Guys that come out are nice enough, but the guys that answer the phones are, let's say ""difficult.""

I can't say enough about them! After i, my family and friends have so often suffered through lousy, overpriced, incompetent service from so many service providers coming to our homes, I was beginning to believe organizations like Mason Plumbing were a thing of the past. What a treat to find people who truly care about doing the best job possible, are pleasant, highly skilled and reasonable. I had a dripping faucet and a water heater that I thought was on its last legs.
Cameron, the owner, checked everything out, showed me how to get more life out of my water heater and assured me that fixing the faucet was going to be attended to in a timely way. True to his word, the next day everything was fixed! I was truly stunned at the quality of care I received.I wish I could give them six stars, so above and beyond did they go, on every level.
