Absolutely awesome service and great to work with. They answer calls immediately, schedule appointments immediately, and explain everything thoroughly. Had them out to replace our water heater and there was another issue we didn't see the first time and they were back the next day to look at and fix that problem. Couldn't be a bigger fan - highly recommend!

We had our hot water heater go out on Friday of Memorial Day weekend and even though we left a message at 2 pm - they called back ready to help..... so get this, even though they couldn't schedule us for the repair they walked us thru what we needed and Cameron came by with the replacement part so that the other plumbing service that could come out could fix it - otherwise we would have been charged for an evaluation visit with no part and it wouldn't have even gotten fixed !!!

We have since had Mason out to do plumbing work for us and they have been on time and under budget.

It is rare in this day and age that you truly get ""personalized"" service and a team that cares....

Extremely impressed with this company. Joe came out within an hour of my call to the office. He was professional, friendly and honest. He explained everything as he went and within 30min the drain was cleared and all is fine. I appreciate how mason plumbing quickly got me service and very thankful for Joe helping us. Thanks for being a great company and hiring nice honest people like Joe. I will be happy to use again when needed. Honest plumbers are hard to find and now we found one !

We are incredibly impressed with the kindness, intelligence, and conscientiousness of Joe who literally bailed us out. We have had a problem intermittently for several years whereby draining our downstairs bathtub leads to our upstairs shower and toilet backing up and overflowing. It reached crisis proportions this week. We had someone out yesterday who was incompetent, late, dishonest, expensive, and useless. Joe came out soon after we called this morning, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, and quite quickly had the total problem resolved. We will be eternally grateful to Joe and Mason Plumbing, and will never think about using another company.

I hesitate to write this review cuz Cameron is a nice guy but I gotta go there cuz he cost me extra money. I met Cameron as he was working on a neighbor's house. I asked him if he had experience with hydronic systems. He said yes. I have an Eichler and needed a towel warmer installed in our bathroom. I used Doke's to install the Buderus radiators in our living room but they were unavailable when I was remodeling our bathroom. I should have known something was up when after he came out to the house and checked out the project he called back a couple days later and said he needed a certain fitting to install the radiator. Couple days later he called back and said he couldn't find the fitting. Then he told me that he had spent enough time looking for it and if i wanted him to continue I would have to find it myself. I asked him what it was called and he gave me a description of what it looked like. I ended up running around to plumbing supply shops asking for a product that i had no idea what it was called and had to explain what the heck i was asking for when I wasn't even sure myself. I called Buderus, they didn't really know what I was asking for either. They said all the fittings would have come with the product. UGH! I finally found the piece in a box left by the guys who installed the other radiators. Ok, my bad. Called up Mason and he came right over with a couple of his apprentices. He set up the job and left two guys in my bathroom. I didn't want to hover over them so i popped in every now and then to see how they're doing. There was a lot of conversation and not a lot of work happening. A lot of going back out to the truck and grabbing of equipment. There was other construction going on in the bathroom at the same time so it was difficult figuring out what was being done at any given time. Couple of days later, my towel warmer was installed and tested. It got hot when we turned it on, so we felt like all was ok. Within a week of using it, the towel warmer started to gurgle when the heat was turned on. (We installed it in the summer and didn't start to use it until winter) The gurgling got louder as time went on then we noticed that the top of the heater wasn't getting hot. After another week of use or so we noticed the towel warmer wasn't getting hot at all. Since I had lost confidence in Mason during the job I decided to call a hydronic professional to check it out. We thought our furnace was the problem but he told us it was the warmer itself. There was a process that needed to be done to the hydronic system before you put the radiator in service. He was astonished that the people who installed it didn't do this, it was pretty standard. I never said who it was that installed it so there was no professional competition here he was just flabbergasted that the installers skipped the step. I considered withholding a portion of his payment because I had to pay someone else to fix his mess and Mason Plumbing threatened me with collections. I told them what was going on and they said they could come out to fix it. Ummm, they had that chance. I paid up. He got his money but did an incomplete job. So there you have it. They might be fine with simpler jobs but be careful hiring these guys for your hydronic system.

I called Mason Plumbing earlier today about a substantial leak we discovered under our sink - when we tried to shut off the water value, the handle broke off. We were worried that the water would go through the kitchen floor to the bedroom ceiling below. When I called Mason, they agreed that it should be fixed immediately before it did any damage and sent a plumber immediately, in between appointments that he was already committed to, He came within 20 minutes and replaced the broken valve. Can't tell you how much I appreciated this incredible level of concern and service and the charges were modest. Thanks to all at Mason

I had a problem getting hot water in the shower and originally my friend had told me he would fix it for a cheap deal. He kept flaking whenever I asked him about it and I wonder if he would have ever helped me if I had never gone to someone else. I realized that I could not wait any longer so I sought help from a professional. And thankfully I chose Mason Plumbing.

The man who helped me was named Joe and everything about this guy was professional. He fixed my hot water earlier this morning and it works just like new.
First, this guy was punctual. He told me he would be there at 8:30 and he was there exactly on time.
Secondly, he said it would take one hour and it took no less and no more time than one hour.
Finally, he was kind and absolutely professional. Guys, if you want a understanding plumber, call Mason Plumbing and they will be sure to help you out.
