I called them to look at my steam boiler and repair it. They couldn't manage a job and did some work and missed a major problem that almost started a fire in my house and ruined my boiler!
If you're smart, you would stay away from them, they are more dangerous than they are helpful, they should be put out of business and on top of it, call people
crazy and are nasty!

Joe and his team are very efficient and I have zero complaints. His team installed new condenser and air handlers for my home. 2.5 ton and a 3 ton unit. Also worked with the plumber to install a tankless hot water system to provide hydro heat for my home. After shopping the project Maselli HVAC was a great value for what needed to be done.

If you live in white plains or westchester Joe and his team will deliver and get you where you wanna be without any issues.

I highly advise staying away from Masseli HVAC. They have visited my home twice to address issues with my AC units, but both times they only performed patchwork and then reported to the home warranty company that nothing was wrong, closing out the claims and collecting their payment. Despite their visits, my second floor still won't cool properly. To make matters worse, the owner was extremely rude, disrespectful, and dismissive during our interactions. Save yourself the frustration and look for a more reliable HVAC company.

Joseph Maselli was well recommended by fellow white plains residents, and our own experience has been great. He was very responsive, provided a competitive price, and was very professional in the actual installation (very clean, put drop clothes every where etc.). I'd be happy to recommend him to others.

Maselli contract replaced a 3 ton HVAC for our property. They corrected some misinformation we received from other companies and gave us options that were in our budget. Talk about HONEST - they told us the truth while the others used scare tactics.

The work was done quickly and professionally; everything was pristine and the old unit was removed.
