Masciantonio was asked to install a new commode that had already been purchased and delivered to the upstairs bathroom. He was also asked to install new faucets which had been purchased and delivered to the same location. His charge: $535.00. Result: the sink leaked from the first time it was used. Repeat calls over 2.5 weeks resulted in a follow-up visit the following week to correct the leaking sink. He arrived with attitude after numerous of my calls went unanswered. Plus, he added an extra charge for correcting the sink leak that shouldn't have been left in the first place. I would never, ever hire this nonchalant, poorly responsive plumber again. Look for someone with a higher level of integrity AND compassion.

Use at your own peril as apparently flooding your basement is considered business as usual to them! Hired a plumber from this service yesterday morning to disconnect a washing machine & to replace an expansion tank on my water heater in my basement. The plumber switched out the expansion tank and this change resulted in my water heater FLOODING my basement the SAME DAY. My husband went into our basement to retrieve something and noticed the water spewing out of the release valve and rapidly encroaching towards the finished portion of our basement. My husband and I had to frantically shop vac an inch of standing water out of our basement and called their emergency service. The plumber on call came out and noted that he thought the work done by the first plumber was faulty. Masciantonio is now denying this claim, and they won't even reimburse us for this service as they said ""no lasting harm was done"" via pictures submitted AFTER we removed the water with buckets and our shop vac. The owner's refusal to admit fault and pay us back for this shoddy service and the inconvenience & stress is a reflection of their poor work quality and management. Apparently they claimed this ""can just happen"", but I want to know why charge for a service with the confidence it can be performed competently when your people can clearly not?

Due to some extenuating issues, I need help getting to the door to let anyone in. I explained that to the woman who answered the phone. She was wonderful & accommodating. She said she would look into it & get back to me. Sure enough, she kept her word. 5 thumbs up for customer service. This morning, the tech arrived on time, got down to replacing the leaking garbage disposal. He cleaned up completely. A very kind person, with double masks. I would definitely recommend them & use them again.

I have used Masciantonio for all of my plumbing needs and have never been disappointed. I just had a gas line installed for my outside grill. Rick came in gave me a quote (which was very reasonable) - he was the one who showed up to do the work as well. He was in and out in 2 hours! Excellent workmanship, was on time - nothing but the highest praise!

I called on a Saturday morning, Vince, the plumber, was here Saturday afternoon. I was greeted with professionalism as he wore a mask, covered his feet, and was ready to work when he arrived. He tackled our plumbing problem efficiently, and cost effectively, and did not try to talk me into anything I did not need. I will definitely use Masciantonio's again. I will highly recommend him for any future plumbing or heating needs.

I just had these guys run a gas line in my home. They did amazing work very professionally done. I honestly couldn't be any happier. The plumber was on time did a clean looking installation at a great price. I'm having him come back to replace my hot water heater next.

Masciantonio Plumbing is a first class operation. Nichole pleasantly answered the phone and made an appointment that fit my schedule. Fred fixed my outside faucet and noticed a crack in the sewer pipe that he fixed on the spot. I would highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough about this guy!!! I recently had him deal with a couple broken hose bibs at my house. He came out on time to assess, came up with a repair plan that I hadn't even thought of, kept me posted of when he would come out to do the job, and did an amazing fix! This guy is just a really good plumber! I give him a 10 out of 10. Finding a good plumber can be tough, and now that I have found Vince, I won't use anyone else. I NEVER post online reviews, but I felt so strongly about Vince that I just had to post.
