I've been using this company's maintenance program for two years now. I always have the same guy and Xavier takes pictures and explains to me everything he did and why. He has been warning me that my AC is in need of a revamp or replacement. Marz gave me two more years out of my old system. I just purchased a new air conditioner before my current one crashed and before the heat set in. Excellent service and installation just as expected. They are always on time and call before arrival.

I recently contacted Marz for thermostat not operating, so we've been without heat, and what a shock when their guy came over. He didn't do anything but look and forced our poor family to pay him right then for looking around. He never tried to fix the thermostat and kept saying to my family he can't touch anything without approval. What a joke. The Owner of Marz was in contact with me after I called to get answers for the awful experience and he too was not someone that was willing to be fair and fix it himself. It's a shame when a family owned business preys on other families to RIP them off. I will not trust this company ever again.

Marz mechanical went above and beyond when working on our plumbing issue. Our house was diagnosed with leak in a cold water pipe under the foundation. This is a scary thing to hear but Marz mechanical made my wife feel comfortable about the situation. Two days after the diagnosis(because it was a weekend) our leak was fixed in hours. The technicians had to go into our attic and they even moved my clothes that were hanging in the closet and put them back so they wouldn't get dirty! I highly recommended this professional company to anybody in the valley.

My AC broke and I have a home warranty that day. The next day Veronica gave me a call and we talked and I explained what I think is broke.

She got me in that week which is unheard of in Phoenix during the summer months.

Xavier showed up at 6:15am found the problem, filled out the forms there and then, and got the job sent back to the warranty company.

The warranty company sent the part to fix it and Xavier was at my house the next day to put it in and save me and my family from the heat.

This company is what make America great. A family owned business that puts customers first and keeps them informed every step of the way. They even texted me Xavier's location and a little map so I could see when to expect him.

Our 2-10 Home warranty company set up service to have our plumbing fixed by Marz Mechanical.
Of course, we have to pay our $70. then the home warranty pays for the repairs.
First of all, it took a week for Marz to set up the service call. Then the guy comes out, cuts a crooked hole in the drywall and finds the leak in the drain line. Writes up the order says he will have it turned into our home warranty to see if it's covered.
A week later we are calling them they say they are waiting for our home warranty. Call 2-10 warranty and they can't reach Marz.
Finally a week later, our home warranty said they were denying the claim because the young guy from Marz writes on the form submitted to 2-10 that it was ""due to improper installation""!!!!
We cancelled the home warranty had another plumber come out and there was nothing wrong with the installation.
What a scam!
Makes me wonder if the two companies are working together!

This company is professional, courteous, and more importantly competent. They showed up ahead of schedule and quickly fixed the issue with our fan motor, taking the time to verify they were using the right part with the manufacturer. Jacob was my technician and he went above and beyond. Great customer service was on time and got everything fixed and my house is cool again. My sister was on the phone with our home warrant company and my phone rang and it was Marz Mechanical telling me they can be here between 7am -9am. Jacob was here by 7:30 and fixing my air conditioner! Thank you for everything Jacob your service and attitude was OUTSTANDING! Today temperatures projected to hit a hundreds. It's a long weekend and my AC blew a motor! I called Marz Mechanical Heating, Cooling & Plumbing and Monica got me on the schedule for same day! Within 2 hours Ben and Evan showed up and showed out! They diagnosed the issue, had a part on hand, and fixed it fast.... then they stuck around until it started cooling off and took some air measurements to make sure we were up and running. Everything was done professionally and courteously. They are my go to AC company now!
