I don't like writing negative reviews, but I also believe businesses need to be held accountable for deceptive practices.

1. I had a tub faucet with a slight drip. I assumed the mixer cartridge needed replacing. This is a repair I would usually do myself, but since I live about 45 minutes away I decided to call a plumber in the area. Based upon the 5 star reviews I called Marysville AA Plumbing.

2. After looking at the problem the plumber recommended taking out the entire existing Delta fixture, ""since Delta parts were difficult source,"" and installing an entire new Moen valve and housing assembly, which would also require cutting a hole in the adjacent closet to access the pipes. Estimated total (not including drywall repair) - $1600. Could the plumber breakdown the estimate into parts & labor? No. Really? Sounded a bit steep to me but what do I know. Maybe Delta parts are really hard to find. After passing the quote along to my wife we agreed to say no thanks and get another bid.

3. At this point I went online and within 5 minutes located the replacement cartridge at multiple Home Depots for $65. I purchased the cartridge and installed it myself in under 30 minutes.

4. Either I was being scammed or the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. Beware.

These guys worked very hard and got a new water line in for us in one day. They are a hard working family owned crew and really knew what they were doing. We are happy we chose them.

Called AAPlumbing the evening I discovered a problem with my septic and they were able to rearrange their schedule to be out the very next morning. Very friendly knowledgeable and helpful over the phone. Steven came out in the morning and within an hour had the problem diagnosed. He showed me that my septic pump was bad and wouldn't pump. He made multiple phone calls to get the right pump for me and had the job completed a few hours after that. They filled in the holes I'd dug to expose the septic lid and the yard looks great. I'll definitely call them out again for any plumbing problems that come up.

As far as communication and customer service goes, You get a 5. I appreciate you coming out to our site and reviewing the work of other plumbers and advising me as to the real problem I was having with our r/o and insta hot. I called these guys because of yelp reviews. They didn't show at first scheduled time because of the previous customer's job turned out to be way more than expected. I wouldn't have minded so much if they had been the ones to call me. I had to call to see where they were. Brandon came out the next day. His customer service was excellent. The quality of work done was great. I really appreciated the cleanliness of his work zone. What surprised me was the cost to hook up my sink cutting the pipe to add length to be at the right location from the previous sink. I was expecting $250 to $300 which is what other plumbers told me it would be. It cost me $600. If I hadn't already been without water in the kitchen for 3 days I would of said no thanks. Bottom line is they have great customer service but I'm not willing to pay double for it.

Curtis, Brandon, and their team are amazing! Being new to the area and having a huge plumbing disaster, I was unsure of who to call or which company I could trust. I called late yesterday afternoon, and Curtis and crew was at my home by 9:30 this morning. I did not expect to have my job started the same day yet completed. These guys don't waste any time. They are ready to work and get the job done. He was always up front about what to expect price wise, job wise and extremely friendly. I needed a company I could trust to get the job done at a fair price who cared about my needs of repairing my problem instead of up selling me to make a buck. Curtis has been to our house twice in 2 months once for a shower leak and now broken pipes. Both times I have been amazed by the speed of his service and friendliness! When our rental agency maintenance guy failed us, he saved us from being waterless!!

I had a perfectly good experience. I only spoke with Curtis on the phone, three times due to a comedy of errors on our part, but everytime he was friendly and professional. He promised they'd be here by 9:00 on Sat. and they were - ready to get working at 9:00. Wes was also friendly, did only what was needed, was quick, and the job was done. Fair price, good service, and I was very comfortable. I would absolutely call them again and commend them to anyone.
