I wish I could review their actual services, but I can't. It was discovered by my building that there was a leak coming from my toilet and this was one of the preferred plumbing companies for repairs. I called at 4.25pm on a Wednesday and got their call service. Explained that my toilet was leaking non-sanitary water into the garage below me and needed to repair to my only bathroom. They said they'd refer it to their service department and get right back to me. Three days later I haven't heard back from them and went with another company. Maybe they're really popular and have a really long client backlog? Maybe they should have told me that up-front. I wish them well.

To run a business in this day and age where you are unable to give a small window for a service call is unacceptable. I called Monday for an appointment on Thursday from 10-2. Another B.S. company using a giant window for an appointment, even Comcast has gotten better at this. I even explained I had to work at 3pm today when I called Monday. So now it's 2 and I have to call to find out where they are. They will be there within the hour is what I'm told. Great, wasted the entire morning and most of the afternoon waiting and they can't even give me a courtesy call to keep me in the loop, wtf?? They refused to give me a date and time, it didn't matter how far in the future it was, only a 3-4 hour window. I called 2 other plumbers right then and had both of them be able to commit to an exact time for an appointment. This is for the owners of MD plumbing to adjust how they run a business. You could have said yes, we'll do it! Instead you told me no, in no way could you do that. SMH
