Feel Taken Advantage of. The company was nice and professional but for less than 90 minutes of work and PEX used as the solution for a house with copper piping, $780 does not add up. Parts I value at around $80 so $700 labor for under 2 hours work seems fishy. I agreed to the work so I am foolish for being so dumb as I am not a plumber. Don't repeat my mistake. Ask for a parts and labor breakdown before agreeing to service.

My husband and I had a huge water leak in our guest bathroom yesterday (8/20/2018) while he was sleeping. We were able to turn our water off at the street but not completely off under the sink. I told my husband I was going to call the plumbers and he yelled at me from the bathroom """" Mary Esther Plumbing, don't you call anyone else buddy"""". So I did. They where at our home within 30 minutes and had our sink fixed within 30 minutes of arriving at our home. They are also going to email us an estimate to fix all our sink ( shut off valves ) in order to avoid this type of leaks from ever happening again. My husband and I are extremely glad to work with such a great family company and not these huge corporations that are only after your money. This company has come to our rescue several times now and are the only company my wife and I want to work with. We highly recommend this company to everyone if you are looking for honest, friendly, reasonably, and clean plumbing company. Lastly, the customer service is the best we have ever dealt with.
