Initial poor experience. Called management to explain what had happened. Issue was fixed asap.

We had a sewage backup on Saturday and it was the start of the Labor day weekend and Marv's sent someone out within an hour of the issue. The person they sent out was Troy and he was awesome. He recognized the issue and stayed with us until the flow was restored. The issue was caused by a construction company accidently pouring concreat into the main sewage line in a manhole on the street. I would use Marv's for any plumbing needs I need for now on.

Buyer used Marv's to inspect the home. If you want to have the Seller kill the deal - use Marv's. Nickel and dime and feathering their own nest for miniscule issues, plus charge an additional fee to show up and some bogus minimum amount for each estimate???? I haven't heard anything good about Marv's and was super bummed to see they did the inspection. I was willing to walk away from the deal with the superficial looks that Marv's and the electrician did. If you are a Buyer, you may want to consider not souring the deal with the Seller. We were going to leave some choice goodies for the home, but now - nope.

Quick, efficient, showed up on time and solved a problem others couldn't. Gave me information on how to deal with the issue.

Not even sure where to begin. but in a nut shell, very unprofessional businesses practices. Not sure why they set appointments they dont keep them (twice).
Then when they say they will call you back there is never a call. I had to call them to be told that the tech is out of range and wouldnt be coming/ on an install why set an appointment if there not gonna keep it.
The original tech that came to my house released freon in the air, and then said I had to reschedule toget more freon??? WOW !!!!
I have plumbing work that needs to be done looks as though i will be calling someone else to do it
I would definately look around before you call these guys.

DO NOT USE MARV'S PLUMBING! They do not stand behind their work! At the suggestion of Marv's employee, we purchased a kitchen faucet on our own (he told me Marv's didn't have a good selection of kitchen faucets). We had him install the faucet and had to call him back within 2 weeks to fix it. The faucet head would not stay where I placed it and it would return to the center on its own. He placed a weight on the spray hose as the ""fix"". It didn't work. When the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, I didn't call Marv's to fix the ongoing problem. On June 17, 2020, I called Marv's to fix the faucet. Their employee Identified the issue and and found a part kit online for $1.50. He said he would have to order it and charge $109.00 labor. The problem with the faucet was a missing ring on the bearing. The original employee did not install that ring, so I asked the office staff to waive the labor fee because of the initial faulty installation. They refused because the 6 month labor warranty expired in June 11, 2020. They refused the consider the fact that we didn't allow anyone into our home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, the manager failed to call me back as I requested.

Had a plugged up sewer line. They came close to the time they said. Francisco and his helper did a outstanding job, took about 45 minutes from start to out the door. Great job

They started a job and never completed it. Every time I called I could never get a hold of someone with answers. I ended up hiring a competitor to finish the job.

Furnace quit heating 11/7/2019. Woke up to 55 degree temp. Called Marv's Plumbing and Heating at 10:30 AM after trying to get the furnace working myself, with no luck. They had a repair man, Scott, out to our home by 12:30. He had the furnace up and running within the hour. Scott explained what was wrong, what we could do to keep the problem from happening again. He was very polite. While he was in our home asked about ductless heating for a work shop and an extension we had added to the home. He was not perturbed about having to spend another 1/2 hour investigating what the needs were and explained the process of using a ductless system. AWSOME. My advise if using Marv's ASK for SCOTT.....

The front office was kind and re-worked the schedule to get us in without paying after hours. The plumber was able to do the actual plumbing competently. The plumber also let my dogs out. This resulted in one of my dogs dying and the other being sick. Like many people I'm a little too attached to my dogs, and I am very angry with Marv's for the lack of respect they have shown to my home and those who live here.
I have been a Marv's customer for 20 years, but honestly if this how they behave in my home, I am not a Marv's customer anymore. You should seriously consider whether you want these technicians in your home.
