Not even sure where to begin. but in a nut shell, very unprofessional businesses practices. Not sure why they set appointments they dont keep them (twice).
Then when they say they will call you back there is never a call. I had to call them to be told that the tech is out of range and wouldnt be coming/ on an install why set an appointment if there not gonna keep it.
The original tech that came to my house released freon in the air, and then said I had to reschedule toget more freon??? WOW !!!!
I have plumbing work that needs to be done looks as though i will be calling someone else to do it
I would definately look around before you call these guys.

DO NOT USE MARV'S PLUMBING! They do not stand behind their work! At the suggestion of Marv's employee, we purchased a kitchen faucet on our own (he told me Marv's didn't have a good selection of kitchen faucets). We had him install the faucet and had to call him back within 2 weeks to fix it. The faucet head would not stay where I placed it and it would return to the center on its own. He placed a weight on the spray hose as the ""fix"". It didn't work. When the Covid-19 pandemic occurred, I didn't call Marv's to fix the ongoing problem. On June 17, 2020, I called Marv's to fix the faucet. Their employee Identified the issue and and found a part kit online for $1.50. He said he would have to order it and charge $109.00 labor. The problem with the faucet was a missing ring on the bearing. The original employee did not install that ring, so I asked the office staff to waive the labor fee because of the initial faulty installation. They refused because the 6 month labor warranty expired in June 11, 2020. They refused the consider the fact that we didn't allow anyone into our home during the Covid-19 pandemic. Also, the manager failed to call me back as I requested.

Had a plugged up sewer line. They came close to the time they said. Francisco and his helper did a outstanding job, took about 45 minutes from start to out the door. Great job

They started a job and never completed it. Every time I called I could never get a hold of someone with answers. I ended up hiring a competitor to finish the job.

Furnace quit heating 11/7/2019. Woke up to 55 degree temp. Called Marv's Plumbing and Heating at 10:30 AM after trying to get the furnace working myself, with no luck. They had a repair man, Scott, out to our home by 12:30. He had the furnace up and running within the hour. Scott explained what was wrong, what we could do to keep the problem from happening again. He was very polite. While he was in our home asked about ductless heating for a work shop and an extension we had added to the home. He was not perturbed about having to spend another 1/2 hour investigating what the needs were and explained the process of using a ductless system. AWSOME. My advise if using Marv's ASK for SCOTT.....

The front office was kind and re-worked the schedule to get us in without paying after hours. The plumber was able to do the actual plumbing competently. The plumber also let my dogs out. This resulted in one of my dogs dying and the other being sick. Like many people I'm a little too attached to my dogs, and I am very angry with Marv's for the lack of respect they have shown to my home and those who live here.
I have been a Marv's customer for 20 years, but honestly if this how they behave in my home, I am not a Marv's customer anymore. You should seriously consider whether you want these technicians in your home.

Do NOT use this service, esp. For inspections when buying a home! If you do i guarantee you will find problems after you close! They do not stand by their inspection and will avoid your call. I had to have my realator call their boss to get a tech back out.
Unfortunately let them come back out and i paid a $102 diagnostic fee. Now the tech wont answer my call. So i just called the main office and fired them. I should have gone with my gut on the first unanswered phone call.

I had an 8am appointment for a backed up main sewer line. Finally at 9:45 someone showed up, no calls to inform me of running late. The workers who did show up did not have what they needed so went back to the shop. Over 2 hours later, no calls or no show. I called them for a 3rd time and they informed me that they didn't have what they needed to complete the job. Absolutely unacceptable communication. I wasted an entire day and no work was actually done, and I received zero phone calls as to what was going on. I'll never go there again and recommend anyone not waste their time.

They called and stated they had an emergency during my appointment time so they came out next day instead. It's been almost a week, and I still haven't heard any response on when they will be completing the job. I have called several times and never get a response.

We will never use any other company. Twice they have come out to our house to fix our hot water heater. Once during a massive snowstorm. The most recent visit was on a holiday - when NO other company called back!
They are professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. The only company we will use. Thanks Marv's Pluming!
