I'm so astonished on how piss poor service this company offers. Let's start with day one February 10th I call and explain to them that my mainline is backed up and I already ran a 100' cable through the clean out and didn't hit anything and I also stated very clearly that I have a business that I am running without bathrooms for me my employees and customers. So they told me it's going to be an emergency call and an emergency trip charge even though I called at 11:00 am. I didn't argue or complain I told them to come out and they said that their technician would call when he was on his way to which was no surprise that I didn't receive a phone call. So they show up with only a 100' drain machine and no cord no screw driver no hand tools borrowing my tools. I told the plumber I already ran 100' cable through the clean out did you bring extra cable? He said no I'm going to try my machine . With no surprise they have to leave for over an hour and get a different machine with longer cable!!! They finally show up and try with this new machine and cable for a very short time and telling me that I need a sewer scope. I said schedule me for that please and he said we will be back out on Tuesday the 14th between 12:00 and 2:00 and then surprise no one showed up or called after calling them they told me Wednesday 12:00 to 2:00. So they finally tell me how bad the weather is outside and how they can't see anything and that they would come out when the weather permits. So I wait and call them Monday February 20th and talk to Jessica and she said I don't know what's going on but I will have the Plumbing Supervisor call you back. Hey everyone guess what with no surprise today is February 28th WITHOUT A PHONE CALL AND STILL WITHOUT BATHROOMS!!!! Now they own a business and to treat another business like this or any other customer is completely disrespectful. I should have read their reviews before I called them. LESSON LEARNED AND CALL ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY BEFORE THIS UNCARING COMPANY!!!!

I contacted this place today, I have been in search of a awkward shower drain. I have already cut open the drywall and removed the old leaky drain. I have looked all over town and cant seem to find this awkward drain. I was really just looking for a place to buy the drain I can replace it myself. So I was thinking since they were a plumbing place I could get a drain from them and easy peasy would have my drain fixed no problem. When I asked about buying the drain from them they told me they were moving away from that. That they wouldn't have it anyway. I then asked, what if I had you guys come out and fix it.. They said we could do that no problem. Would be a week or so out though. So instead of selling me the drain I need to fix my issue ASAP, they want me to wait a week or so plus however long it would take them to order this awkward drain and then charge me lots of money when I could just fix it myself. When asked if they could point me in the right direction as to where i could buy a drain they told me they don't know where to buy drains. So I would steer away from these greedy people. Totally unable to help someone out. Just worried about ripping people off I guess. I would give a zero star rating if I could. They used to sell plumbing parts and help people what what I recall. This is not so any more. Be prepared to wait and be charged a lot for a simple fix you can get a handy man to do in a day or two for way cheaper.

Called to get a slow drawing sink moving. Sent a guy, not a plumber but charged $167 an hour for this kid who did not resolve the issue. Was told a plumber would come the house the next day. NO SHOW. Called they emergency 24 hour number. NO ANSWER. This business has lost me as a customer and everyone I know will be told if their shitty service. I will cancel my CC payment as fraud.

They charged $1300 for a $250 part for our furnace. No invoices or written estimates were provided. They spent 3 hours fiddling around and eventually left without fixing the problem. Furnace is more noisy than it was when they started. Very expensive and incompetent.

Rich the GM said he would help clean up the mess and he never did They charged me 28,000 to hook up gas and water and sewage . I had to pay 15,000 to get it cleaned up.

We had a sewage backup on Saturday and it was the start of the Labor day weekend and Marv's sent someone out within an hour of the issue. The person they sent out was Troy and he was awesome. He recognized the issue and stayed with us until the flow was restored. The issue was caused by a construction company accidently pouring concreat into the main sewage line in a manhole on the street. I would use Marv's for any plumbing needs I need for now on.

Buyer used Marv's to inspect the home. If you want to have the Seller kill the deal - use Marv's. Nickel and dime and feathering their own nest for miniscule issues, plus charge an additional fee to show up and some bogus minimum amount for each estimate???? I haven't heard anything good about Marv's and was super bummed to see they did the inspection. I was willing to walk away from the deal with the superficial looks that Marv's and the electrician did. If you are a Buyer, you may want to consider not souring the deal with the Seller. We were going to leave some choice goodies for the home, but now - nope.
