Marvin was prompt. However, he failed to diagnose the problem and we had to call another repairman a few days later. In retrospect, the worst part was how he wasted 3 hours of our time, pretending like he had fixed the problem.
And if you're wondering if it was a tricky problem, it wasn't. We simply had something blocking the furnace exit pipe.
Live and learn and use somebody else.
