The biggest fear when getting a plumber is not knowing whether you are paying for something you don't need and whether the plumbing is being honest about the work needed. When we gave Gilbert a ring, not only was he quick to respond, but he came and explained to us exactly what was needed. He offered sound advice and also made sure we knew how much it would cost and also was sure to make us feel comfortable about the work being done. Since he came and worked on our bathroom, we have not had one issue and he fixed an issue that 3 other plumbers weren't able to. I had the pleasure today of meeting Gilbert who came to repair leaks into faucets. He was very pleasant and clean and nice to talk to. He did the work very quickly picked up everything and on the way out, threw a couple bags of water softener salt in my Soft water tank. Being I am bedridden he sent me pictures of the things that he had done and even offered to put the things back under the sink that somebody else had removed for me. I will definitely use them again. He was very open with pricing and it was quite a bit cheaper than I had expected even replaced the faucets with ones that were a little more updated actually a lot more updated.

A few nights ago, I was having trouble with not getting warm water during my shower around 9 PM. I contacted Marvelous Plumbing, and they responded within less than 5 minutes. They made various efforts, cleaning ignition switches, but identified that the heater, which was over 10 years old, needed replacement. The next morning, they installed a new heater at a really reasonable price, and our entire family is now delighted with the warm water. I'm truly grateful for their kindness, quick diagnosis, and prompt service. I was also impressed by their systematic computer system for future customer care and management.
