Gilbert came out on a sunday, found a solution to the problem, completed the work quickly, saved us thousands, was down to earth and earned himself new clients for life. We were digging a trench in our front yard when we accidentally burst a pipe--total panic mode! I called Gilbert at Marvelous Plumbing, and he was at our house within 20 minutes--on a Sunday!

He showed up in his fully stocked van (which has awesome marketing, by the way) and had everything he needed to assess AND fix the broken pipe in under an hour. Super efficient and knew exactly what he was doing.

But what really stood out? After the repair, he spent an extra 30 minutes answering all our plumbing questions--not just for our home, but even my brother's! He was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't rush us at all.

Absolutely stellar work from Gilbert and Jessie. Quick to respond to my initial request on repairing my water heater, diagnose the issue while being transparent and educating me on the solutions, and going above and beyond with installation when a replacement was needed. Their team responded and came the same day to help with clogged sewage. They offered free consultation and camera snake to show the problems and gave options for repair with warranty options. Very professional. They were able to fix the clogged pipe with hydrojet and recommended to also clean out the rooted main sewage line. They also planned to come back a year to recheck their work. Gilbert responded quickly and after spending some time with a rooter in the rain, the clean out, outside the house wasn't budging. We went to the Hydro Jetting. He gave me a good price. He showed me a camera line of the pipe and I could see the evil tree roots. He showed me the line after, it is clear. We are happy with their service and have their business card on our refrigerator for our plumbing needs.

These guys did a great job! I had an issue with my washing machine drain. I called them, they said they could make it out late in the evening the same day. They then contacted me to let me know they'd be over in the afternoon! When they arrived, they were very thorough in their process. They used the camera to see the drain issue. We went with the hydro jetting to clean the line.

They were friendly, professional, and thorough. I will be using these guys from now on!

When our drains were clogged later on a Friday evening, i proceeded to call multiple 24 hour plumbers. After two or three conversations with answering services who wanted to take all my info but couldn't actually tell me if someone would be available. I came to my senses and sent a yelp request to multiple plumbers instead, and sure enough i was conversing with an actually plumber within a few minutes. That plumber was Gilbert, owner of Marvelous. He came to our aid at once, arriving in about 25 minutes ready to go. He worked until he found and cleared the blockage in our main line, and ran a camera throughout afterwards to ensure all was clear. Gilbert is a complete pro, and i definitely recommend his services!
