We have worked with Marvel a couple times now. We need roots cleaned out of our main line every couple of years and Marvel is reliable, professional and easy to work with. Prices are fair and they have never tried to upsell us. We have asked for advice and they always tell us their opinions honestly, without trying to get us to buy a service we don't need. I really appreciate Marvel's hard work and attention to detail. I will continue to use them in the future.

Strangest contractor experience of my life. They sent an employee out to our house for an inspection. He was super thorough, answered all of my questions, taught me a lot. That was on a Tuesday. Six days later, I hadn't received an estimate! So on Monday morning I called the office, and asked if we'd be getting an estimate. I added, if it wasn't a job they wanted, they could simply tell me. The gentleman on the phone assured me that they are very straightforward, and added that he'd emailed an estimate on Thursday. I looked in my inbox and SPAM folder, but there was nothing. He then replied that he figured out the problem: ""somebody had made a typo"" and left the ""m"" off the "".com"" part of my address [eye-roll]. He promised to send the estimate right away, and follow up later in the day.

I never received the estimate, or the follow-up! Nothing. Nada.

My recommendation? Don't waste your time with Marvel.

My home had a long standing problem with plant roots growing into the sewer drain. After several years, the roots grew thicker and became more unmanageable. Several companies attempted to or inspected the drain and could not clear it and offered quotes to fix the problem which all involved digging and ranged from $12,000-$16,000.

Marvel not only was able to clear the problem, but they offered that a fix was not immediately needed and we could wait until next year to see if the problem returned. Knowing this would be a recussing issue, I asked about for a repair quote. Not only did they say no digging would be necessary and could be fixed with a liner, the cost ended up being just over $8000 which included the cleaning.

They did a wonderful job, fixed the issue, and was very fair and honest about my options. All of the people I worked with from this company were prompt, professional, and friendly and I can't recommend them enough.

After my regular drain cleaning guy cleaned the roots out of my main sewer line twice this year and noticed that I had a couple of cracked pipes I got a few estimates for repair or relining. Ben ran his camera down my line and came up with a very good quote for relining the line all the way to the main line in the street. His bid was less than the quote I had for digging up my front lawn and replacing a few feet of pipe. This repair will outlive me and I shouldn't ever have to have the line cleaned out again. The guys showed up on time and were done and packed up in 6 hours, did a great job and provided a video for my records. I highly recommend these guys for relining which will fix the problems for good, instead of cleaning and piecemeal fixes that will cost much more in the long run. We had a great two man crew who were great at explaining what they were doing. Thanks!!!

I got in contact with their team about a sewer relining service and had a quick and thorough quote to us within minutes.

We got a few recommendations and when Marvel wasn't the most affordable bid, they really fought for our business - so much so that a team member called me to talk through what they offer! I was so impressed that we decided to go with them.

They have a team of trained professions, and quick and efficient, offer a warranty/guarantee and take care of the permit.

A few weeks later, we were scheduled! The service took about 5 hours and you can't flush during that time. The team that completed our lining was knowledgeable and professional, and we feel good knowing we're in good hands if anything happens down the road.

After, they sent us our invoice and will have a video to us by morning showing the final product. Highly recommend the Marvel team!

When purchasing a home, the inspection found the sewer lateral between the house and the street needed to be repaired. Based on the inspection video Marvel gave me a quote in November to put in a CIPP between the house and the street in early January.

The day arrived and Jashon and Kai showed up at the time I was told, they were both super professional and despite me telling them not to worry too much about making the floors dirty, they insisted on keeping them as clean as possible. They made it super clear when they arrived what they would be doing and how long each step would take. I was in and out of the house throughout the day while they were working in my basement and I felt very comfortable leaving them in my home without me around.

In the end the quote I received in November is exactly what I paid in January, and it was much lower than others I received because of the method they use to insert the lining.

I've already recommended them to a friend and would recommend them to anyone else looking for their services.
