We have Plumbing done in February and March before covid hit in 2020. We had some simple Plumbing run for a faucet to the bathtub and the shower. The plumber did not check it so after the drywall and the caulking was completed by our contractor, we found the week going through the ceiling downstairs into our kitchen ruining four ceiling tiles. I called the plumber he came back out not only did he not clean up the mess in the kitchen from when he did the repair but as I talk to the owner I was told they would replace the ceiling tiles. Here we are a year later and they don't answer let alone replace the ceiling tiles that were destroyed and the faucet to the bathtub leaks every time the shower is on, but the on off handle and temp control is incredibly loose and when asked I was told its totally normal for it to move 1/2 inch side to side and wiggle all around. Very very disappointing for paying $600.
Brandon K.Really wish I could give them zero stars. I had them come out to my house twice due to their lack of knowledge. The first time the older gentlemen had no idea what he was doing he said my coil for my ac unit was leaking but said a simple patch will fix it like new. After 3 weeks we started having issues again. This time a different gentleman came out and said, oh your coil is bad and it needs to be replaced. Mind you we are still in my warranty window and the coil would be covered. Well, the second guy said he will ""see"" what he can do and get right back to me. 2 months go by and still hasn't gotten back to me nor has had any contact. I called them several times during this time period and gotten the short end of the stick every time. Now my warranty is up and I get a call the next day of them saying ""well since your warranty is up it will cost 3k to fix it"". I refused to pay for their services and if I need to will take them to small claims. This company is a scam and they have no clue what they are doing. In my opinion the first guy knew exactly what needed to be fixed, but profiled my home and my neighborhood and thought we were rolling in the bills. Completely not the case, I'm in the military and I get paid sh**. Low and behold the condenser was also broken too. Martz is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life.
They were quick on installing an outdoor mini-split with two indoor units. The install team was kind and respectful. They came in under the estimated budget and charged me less than the estimated price. Will continue business with this company.
Kristie R.Had a new TRANE A/C & HEAT PUMP installed in my single wide mobile home. The old one was failing to keep up and this new one runs like a dream! It is not only keeping up but will be helping me with my heating costs this winter. The two men who came out to install it were courteous and professional. The job took most of the day which I expected since the old furnace was replaced as well. They were very tidy and took all the junk/mess with them including my old furnace! I could not be more pleased with this company. They will be the only ones I use for any a/c heat or plumbing problems.
Scott B.Just had an A/C replaced. Excellent group to deal with. I would highly recommend them. When I was having trouble with my AC before they came out a few times and each person I dealt with with very nice and professional. The two men who replaced the unit did the work quickly and efficiently. Call them if you need it. You will not be disappointed
We had the opportunity to have a plumbing project completed at our house, and we were very impressed talking with Mike, and working with Grant and Matt. They were all very professional, courteous, enthusiastic, and thorough. We recommend this company and their employees.
Chef L.I hired Martz Plumbing for the first time yesterday. My kitchen sink was clogged and I needed someone right away to come out. The gentleman in charge of the plumbing division (Mike, I believe) was very nice on the phone, and he said although they were booked up, he would squeeze me in the next day (which was today). They couldn't guarantee a time they'd be at my home, but since they were squeezing me in, I was fine with that. I was expecting someone later in the day, but lo and behold, they arrived at 10:00 a.m. All that needed to be done was have a pipe snaked, and while the tech was there, he fixed a couple other leaks under the sink. And, all this was done in less than an hour. Their hourly rates are very competitive in my opinion ($60 for the first hour), and this was the best money I'll spend this week! Thank you, Martz Plumbing. While I hope I don't need you again, I'll be sure to call again if or when I do.
Lois B.We have had a problem with our washer draining properly for many years. Recently, Zac from Martz came to the house to work on another issue. Since I had asked other plumbers if there was a fix to the drain problem with no luck I gave it a shot and asked him. It took him about 15 seconds to spot the problem and offer a fix. He returned a couple of weeks later and fixed the problem. Great job. He was very professional, explained what he was doing as he was working, cleaned up after he was finished. Thank you.
Dan W.These guys had my whole front yard excavated and ripped a tree out without even attempting to find out where my sewer line was cracked at. After finding no crack in the pipe that runs in the yard they proceeded to rip out a portion of the sidewalk and curb without even contacting me first. They still never found an issue with the pipe and gave me the runaround when I asked them to explain why they went this route in the first place. Now, I cannot get them to answer the phone or call me back. I'm stuck with bills totaling $2500, a missing tree, a dirt front yard, and missing sidewalk.
Mark B.2 Year old Furnace over 6k already Rusting! called to have them look at it requested $ 68.00 service call!! Was over charged from the start. Why cant you stand behind your work? Find someone else, very Disappointed in your Company
