Recommended Customer Reviews

I spent days taking cold showers but then I called Marty's Plumbing and the very next day I had a luxurious hot shower that made me very happy.
Marty's plumbing was quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.

I had high hopes for Marty. I have a condo in WeHo that I rent out, but I live in the UK. I need a reliable guy who can assess the situation and deal with it in a professional and effective manner.
He was quick to respond to my first call, and as far as I could tell fixed the leaking toilet. My tenants seemed ok with the work.
But 2 months later the problem returned. This time he was slow to respond, and then insisted I would have to pay for more parts (I was ok with that) but also repeat labor. I asked why he hadn't fixed the problem correctly the first time. All I wanted was someone I could rely on to sort it out.
His next email told me he no longer wanted to do do business with me. Thanks Marty.

I own and operate an HOA management company and after 15 years of working with Marty I can say without hesitation that he is the most skilled and resourceful plumber we have used. His rates are reasonable and he's always there when you need him. I highly recommend Marty's services for major plumbing projects and small jobs alike.

I have known Marty now for over 24 years from my restaurant days.
To Date no call has been left unanswered and each time, Marty has made the time to take care of an emergency in a timely manner.
In a dy and age where customer service and professionalism seem to be a thing of the past, I am glad to have Marty's telephone number whenever an emergency arise..

Marty and I, I thought, were pretty tight. He'd come by on-time-ish, his prices were reasonable, and he seemed very chill. But after I recommended him to a place where I used to work (a vintage store), something changed -- he used to be able to book appointments over the phone, but now he gives me the vague ""call me in an hour""s. And when I do, he claims to be really busy.
For awhile, I was mad at him as though he were a dude who I'd gone on a date with and who never called me again. ""What have I done? What could I have done wrong?"" I'd ask myself, over and over, staring at a dripping sink and wondering about why he didn't like me anymore. We used to stand around, I'd offer him a cola, I tipped generously...everything was going great!
This was the last time I'll call Marty. He told me to call him back but indicated, in a subtle way, that he was very busy and might not have time to run my fridge's water line. I think he's found a customer he likes more. I tried reading He's Just Not That Into You, but my feelings are still a little hurt.
