Marty was going to arrive between 10 and 12. He was going to call if there was a delay. No call. His voicemail says to send him a text but he never texted back. I texted at 1205. No answer. Got him on phone at 1:00. He said he was delayed but would be here soon. Texted at 2. 2:30. 2:45. Left voicemail at 3:00. Text at 3:15. However, when they did arrive 4 hours late, they were pleasant and efficient.

Fine work if you don't mind them trashing your space. Spilt chemicals all over the floor because their preferred method of carrying them is in a home depo bag. Then tried to clean it up with out informing me by using my expensive bar rags covering them in acetone. Got the same purple colored chemical all over my counter as well. It's not hard to work with tidy work habits. Maybe invest in a little crate to carry your cleaners and sealants.

Marty came by today to fix a leaky claw foot tub. He was fast, honest and reasonably priced. Haven't tried the tub out yet, but seems to be in good working order. Oh and he also fixed a garbage disposal that I thought was broken free of charge (pulled out a tiny screw). Thanks Marty!!!! We will definitely use him again and you should too!

Can't say enough good things about Marty the Plumber. Reasonably priced, friendly service, and they always get the job done.

Our bills are now averaging $15-$30 a month. Thank you, Marty and team!!

Can't say enough good things about Marty and his colleagues - they have come out for a few jobs this year, always prompt and courteous, fees very reasonable - a completely trustworthy business.

While Marty The Plumber seems to be reasonably priced and willing to do the job, integrity is not part of the company's policy. Last year, Donald, his employee, accidentally started a fire and destroyed my property (confirmed by the fire marshal and both of our insurance investigators). While he's insured, he's only insured for cash value. That means that the depreciation and code upgrades came out of my pocket - which amounted to around $10,000! When I discussed this with Marty the Plumber, I was told that they were not willing to pay any portion of the $10,000. I even offered to let them do the plumbing work when I started to rebuild. They turned me down. In my book, when a tragedy occurs to your home, the person at fault should make it habitable. I certainly didn't do anything to cause the fire so that $10,000 should not have come out of my pocket - but it did! Maybe you think I'm nuts for offering them the plumbing work after what they did, but I believe that people make mistakes and learn from them and therefore are far more careful going forward... In this case, the lack of integrity clearly makes them not a company that one should do business with.

Marty is great, I've used him at least a dozen times on various properties and jobs. He can handle most anything.

What a joke! I called to schedule an 12:00 appointment . Come 1:30 I began calling Marty who had a full mailbox so I couldn't leave a message. Around 2:30 I finally got in touch with him and he said remembered talking to me (the day before) but was spotty on the appointment details. We made an alternative appointment for the next day at 10:00. WELL, at 11:00 I began calling because Marty was once again a no show. Couldn't get through to leave a message. Apparently, around 1:00 he stopped by my house to leave a note saying he """"was sorry he missed me, he lost my number.' So wasted a weekend on thinking this guy was going to show up. I am always one to reach out to the small/local guy first, but the customer service really was pretty bad.

I had an appointment with Marty at 10:00 am today. 10:45 am, no calls, no anything. Finally I called him. Turns out he """"forgot"""" about my appointment. Think about this comment what you will. He never showed up. I was a first time customer. First impressions matter.
