I may have written a previous review, and I'm writing another now. Marti's Plumbing has been great to work with. We had a problem show up with an on-demand water heater a year and a half after installing it. They right away sent out a repair person who fixed it in a good mood, in little time, and he did not charge us. We've never had less than great service.

Excellent experience. Had pinhole water leak in copper elbow inside wall. Called at 8am and was given a commitment that someone would arrive same day between 1 and 3 in the afternoon.
First pleasant surprise: John from Marti's rang my door bell at the beginning of the time window, a few minutes past 1, not the end, as is often the case with these kinds of commitments; so we started on a positive!
Second positive: While he agreed the leak was likely in the wall, he took the time to go under the house in the crawl space to be sure it was not there before ripping into the sheetrock unnecessarily. Unfortunately, it was in the wall, but again I was impressed he was looking for ways to minimize unnecessary damage to the wall if he could.
Third positive: Replaced elbow, fixed leak in a timely manner, and explained what he was doing as he did the work. Thoroughly cleaned up after as well.
I would call Marti's again. They arrived when they said and promptly identified and fixed the problem.

Marti's Plumbing -and Gene in particular- are absolutely fantastic! They rescued us right away on a Friday night and Gene was very timely, professional, courteous, tidy (even wore disposable boot covers in our house), got the job done, and the rate seemed fair enough for all of the work done over three visits (old home w/strange pipes!).

We were really impressed with the quality of Gene's work, and we'll definitely call him first next time this older house needs some plumbing work. Thank you!

I have to say that I am incredibly happy with the service that Marti's gave us. They are very professional, provided great value in their work, and did everything with utmost care. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs them in a heartbeat. Our sewer pipe had been taken over by the roots of trees surrounding our home and unlike other businesses, they responded quickly to our call. Bernardo was the guy appointed for the project at our home and he did fabulous work. The day that the city inspector was going to check the work for approval, he was given a timeline between 7am and noon, and was here parked early in the morning so he could complete the project as soon as it was approved. That was amazing to me and highly recommend Marti's Plumbing services.

I am really impressed with the quick response and great service. Just an hour after my initial call about severely clogged tub and sink Carlos was at the door. He looked at things, asked couple of questions, clearly explained what he will do, gave quote, and he was in business. Things were not simple but Carlos fixed everything in timely manner. His quote was accurate and generally very reasonable. I am not looking forward for another plumbing emergency but I know who to call when it happens.

I have two services in the last month with Marti's . First of all, they were very quick and courteius to respond and sent someone very quickly at home even during the weekend. They looked at it and fixed the problems both times.

However, I have a feeling that they are expensive . For the first service, they spend 30 minutes and charged $200 and for the second service this guys was there for less than 2 hours and he charged $450 . Earlier he said that he may have to cut the dry wall and go in it may take hours and even if it's hourly , it will cost a way more than his fixed price quote of $450 . However, he didn't have to do that since he was able to fix it by accessing the leak from the crawl space , but, he still charged $450.

So, in summary, they did a good job and on-time , but , left me thinking that they charged me to much and I should have called a few people and gotten the quote rather than just going by all the fine Yelp reviews.

I had a toilet back up badly on a Sunday morning. I tried everything I could think of to clear it, but it wouldn't clear. I called Marti's and someone was at my house in 90 minutes. He was super professional and spent several hours working through my issue, which ended up being poor construction with the wax seal on the bottom of the toilet. He fixed it and did a great job.
