I can't say enough positive things about the service I received from Matt today. He was very thorough in explaining what he had to do and did it within a timely manner. He followed Covid protocols which in these times are important. He explained the issues with our plumbing and just got it done within the time he stated. I appreciate the customer service he provided and though I don't want to have any issues within plumbing in the future, if it comes up, I'd like to have Matt and the people from Marti's plumbing fixing the issue.

We have been working with Marti's for a very long time and they have always delivered excellent services. Recently for the first time we had a situation where we needed some help with bathtub drain and their employee kept delaying things multiple times / days. Finally we reached out to Victor explaining the situation. Victor very quickly figured out next steps, sent another employee to fix our problem and helped resolve it on financial side too. Once again they delivered excellent service...totally recommend them for any plumbing work!!

I left a Yelp message in the morning. Got a call from Victor almost instantly and arranged an appointment for an estimate. I was speaking with a few other businesses and they started giving me really costly quotes and started scaring me. I called Marti's and asked for help. These guys sent one of their other guys over in a couple of hours.

Taylor came over, looked at the issue and he calmed me down and gave me a reasonable quote in less than 10 minutes. He started working on the project and worked very hard for the next 5-6 hours and fixed the pipe leak. During this duration he had to go over to Home Depot a couple of times to get the stuff he needed. But he never bugged me or made me worry.

Everything was done with high quality and as promised. Thanks Taylor.

Let's talk about safety first, thanks to Taylor the plumbing guy who we feel so grateful that he take care of our, big issues, since the first day he show up, he took all the cautions that this difficult times required, than in comparison with other companies we tried for an estimate, didn't care about safety, Taylor was exceptional, he went above and beyond, he work ethic was very good, he even follow up with us about the issue, he treated us with a respectful manner, something that this days a lot of companies forget, in overall I sincerely recommend Marti's Plumbing, and request work with Taylor, he won't disappoint you. Btw, I don't usually write reviews but this guy inspire me, to do so. Thanks guys.

I needed to replace my bathtub drain because the stopper broke off. The hard part was that the drain was connected to a higher quality brass p trap, rather than a standard plastic one. Most plumbers wanted to replace the whole p trap, rather than preserve the brass one. Victor said they would keep the brass p trap, and he quickly gave me a quote that was comparable to all the others. Matt showed up the next day and said he could actually do a partial repair for half the cost. In the end the drain was too broken so we had to do the full repair but at least he tried. Quick, efficient, and respectful. Thank you for a job well done.

Same day service. Matt and Taylor came to our home, very professional. They took care of our leaky washer valve with a twist of the wrench. They were in, out and done. Very inexpensive. Reasonable.

Victor, the owner, messaged me after my review and apologized for the $650 sink caulking charge. He agreed that this charge was excessive and hadn't been reviewed by him because of the COVID measures. He graciously refunded $500.

As I mentioned in my original review, the reason for the 1 * was the price, nothing else. I don't have any complaints about the work. While still not cheap by any means ($1,200), I do appreciate them adjusting the charges and I'm updating my rating accordingly.

In the end they came through and proactively fixed the issue in a sustained way! Friendly and responsive too

Original situation wasn't great - plumber didn't fix a clog and said that nothing can be done. ( yet I got an invoice). When followed up they tried to send the same guy, and of course I refused :)

The two people who showed up next fixed the issue entirely, so I will definitely hire again. I just wish it didn't start in this way, I was just about to call someone else and pay a lot ;)

All is well that ends well and owners really know what they are doing, and it cost very reasonable with their yelp special

My neighbor and I both had James from Marti's Plumbing Service come and remove roots in the drain and he did a great job - professional, efficient, personable and a joy to do business with - we both highly recommend James who does great work!
