We called Marti's Plumbing to come out and fix our refrigerator line that had sprung a leak and was spilling water all over the kitchen floor. The next day Enrique came out to the house and inspected the situation. Wasn't too bad, would require a new water line to be run (through our filtration system) and connected.

Just to be safe Enrique also went under the house to make sure the water leak wasn't causing more damage under the house. Unfortunately that turned out to be the case, as we also had a major leak in the main sewer line running out of the house. I peered under the house while Enrique was examining the leak and was able to see large pools of water in multiple spots for myself.

Thankfully, Enrique was very helpful throughout the process. He and his crew came in multiple times over the new few days to repair the sewer line and replace the water line under the kitchen. The work was done quickly and everything is back up and running. We appreciated the quality and urgency in which Enrique and the guys from Marti's operated.

The only drawback with the experience was Marti's did refer us to an emergency cleaning service (ESR) to take care of the water that had collected under the house. At first everything seemed straight forward but upon further review we discovered they had a track record of shoddy work and taking advantage of customers who were in compromising situations and had little choice but to work with them, only discovering the problem after it was too late. Thankfully, we minimized the exposure to this company and went with a local service of our own choosing, but we sincerely hope Marti's cuts ties with them, as I only see them causing potential harm to Marti's otherwise great reputation in the area.

We've used Marty's a number of times for home issues over the years. They've always done excellent work. A kitchen tap replacement became loose almost a year after installation; we called & they came out that day & tightened it back up - no charge!

Recently a club I belong to needed to replace an old water cooler/fountain.Again, Marty's was great!

Enrique saved me!! I saw water in my yard and wound up having roots blocking all the drainage from the sump pump. He was so kind and explained everything to me. He went above and beyond to ensure it was taken care of right for a very fair price and was kind and professional and helpful throughout. As someone who knows nothing about plumbing, I can say Enrique and Martis plumbing were a gift!! Thankyou!!

I may have written a previous review, and I'm writing another now. Marti's Plumbing has been great to work with. We had a problem show up with an on-demand water heater a year and a half after installing it. They right away sent out a repair person who fixed it in a good mood, in little time, and he did not charge us. We've never had less than great service.

Excellent experience. Had pinhole water leak in copper elbow inside wall. Called at 8am and was given a commitment that someone would arrive same day between 1 and 3 in the afternoon.
First pleasant surprise: John from Marti's rang my door bell at the beginning of the time window, a few minutes past 1, not the end, as is often the case with these kinds of commitments; so we started on a positive!
Second positive: While he agreed the leak was likely in the wall, he took the time to go under the house in the crawl space to be sure it was not there before ripping into the sheetrock unnecessarily. Unfortunately, it was in the wall, but again I was impressed he was looking for ways to minimize unnecessary damage to the wall if he could.
Third positive: Replaced elbow, fixed leak in a timely manner, and explained what he was doing as he did the work. Thoroughly cleaned up after as well.
I would call Marti's again. They arrived when they said and promptly identified and fixed the problem.

Marti's Plumbing -and Gene in particular- are absolutely fantastic! They rescued us right away on a Friday night and Gene was very timely, professional, courteous, tidy (even wore disposable boot covers in our house), got the job done, and the rate seemed fair enough for all of the work done over three visits (old home w/strange pipes!).

We were really impressed with the quality of Gene's work, and we'll definitely call him first next time this older house needs some plumbing work. Thank you!

I have to say that I am incredibly happy with the service that Marti's gave us. They are very professional, provided great value in their work, and did everything with utmost care. I would recommend their services to anyone who needs them in a heartbeat. Our sewer pipe had been taken over by the roots of trees surrounding our home and unlike other businesses, they responded quickly to our call. Bernardo was the guy appointed for the project at our home and he did fabulous work. The day that the city inspector was going to check the work for approval, he was given a timeline between 7am and noon, and was here parked early in the morning so he could complete the project as soon as it was approved. That was amazing to me and highly recommend Marti's Plumbing services.

I am really impressed with the quick response and great service. Just an hour after my initial call about severely clogged tub and sink Carlos was at the door. He looked at things, asked couple of questions, clearly explained what he will do, gave quote, and he was in business. Things were not simple but Carlos fixed everything in timely manner. His quote was accurate and generally very reasonable. I am not looking forward for another plumbing emergency but I know who to call when it happens.
