This was our second time using Marti's Plumbing. We called 2 other plumbers who were ""unavailable"" to our urgent need for assistance. Our kitchen & bathroom sink were backed up for 16 hours without improvement through 4 bottles of Draino type fluid and boiling water. The woman (Amanda) who answered the phone was prompt, polite and helpful. She approximated help within 2 hours of my call. The tech (Derek) arrived in approximately 1 hour of my call. He assessed the situation and fixed the problem in approximately 1 hour as well. He also was polite, helpful and expedient. I will continue to refer them to others and continue to give them 5 star service review. Thanks for being so awesome! :)

This is starting to feel like intimidation and harassment. I gave you a bad review because that was my experience. You apologized. Great. Lets move on. To continue to update your response every few days with longer and longer rants against me to get me to delete my review is bullying behavior. Is this really how you want prospective customers to see you? Please stop this harassment.

I stupidly clogged my kitchen garbage disposal the day before leaving on vacation. Though late in the day, Victor and another worker from Marti's Plumbing Service came within 15 minutes of my call. They were polite, fast, clear in their explanation, thorough in the clean-up and interested in getting and keeping new customers. The cost was very reasonable. I'd highly recommend their services.

The system works! ... I came to Yelp looking for help with the water heater that had started to fail me the night before. First I tried to figure it out on my own with just Google ... my findings there weren't satisfactory... tough to navigate, and pretty much flying with no visibility.

Then I went to Yelp and searched in my area. Marti's was one of like 3 or 4 I narrowed it down to. After calling a few other places and not making contact, I figured ""ok, they have 17 4-5 star reviews, let me try"" ... here's how it went:
(aka, *Reasons why you should select this company!* )

1) The receptionist on the phone was polite & friendly

2) She informed me that onsite visit estimates are free... hello?!?! This was after I talked to another company that wanted $110 to just come out to see the issue

3) There was a technician available to visit my home within the hour

4) The technician , his name is Gene, arrived in less than 40 minutes

5) Up against a tough water heater set up (imagine a compact car engine where stuff is not easy to get to), he patiently worked through all the parts and considered the different possible issues there could be. And even though there was not much space to work in , in the end he was able to fix it just right; when the company before was quoting me $1500-$2500 for replacement.

6) Gene made sure the entire area where he had been working was cleaned up before leaving - I like that. Trust me, not every person who comes over for repairs (even though they are licensed professionals) cleans up all the time, so it's appreciated when people have that kind of professionalism to not only take care of the job, but leave things in the way they should be.


So yea ... everyone at the company I spoke with was friendly, supportive, and wanted to help me get my water heater issues fixed. It was a shot in the dark when I called - but now I have a plumber I will be comfortable to call in the future. Again, like a good car mechanic, sometimes such folks aren's so easy to find ... so when you meet someone who is professional like that, you definitely put that magnet on your refrigerator! :)

btw - I'm really bummed to see that 1-star review. I hope others see that every other review here is good and Marti's deserves a chance.... again, to recap:

- free estimate ... and Gene warned me it would be $200 if I OK'd for him to start the work. So communication was fine there - np at all

- far as I can tell, polite friendly folks. To me , good customer service is as important as good quality, and with what I saw , both were there 100%

I have used Marti's three times now and I have been impressed on all three occasions. The latest call was for a blocked drain, largely due to a poor design of the drainage. But instead of doing the normal up selling he just told us what the problem was and stated if it happens again soon then maybe we should replace the offending connection. So these guys are tidy, competitive and honest.

I got Marti's phone no. from Team Schulte's flyer. Called them up for a plumbing issue. Victor called back on the same day and was very accommodating to schedule us for a Saturday. Derek came and started working on the problem. He was very professional, explained to us the problem and made some suggestions. We will definitely hire them again for other plumbing issues in the house and will recommend them to friends and family.

Great service. I called at 8 AM monday morning before seeing that they don't open until 9 AM, so I hung up. I was called back immediately and he was at my home by 10 AM.

Victor has helped me out with a small plumbing issue in the past, so his number was in the mix of plumbers to call when the time came to replace my water heater. The timing didn't work out for him to do the job this time, but he still spent some time with me on the phone discussing the merits of different water heater brands and standard installation costs - and this was after determining I'd need to give the job to someone else due to my scheduling constraints.

Marti's has risen to the top of the list for my next plumbing call.

I discovered a broken water pipe in the morning so I had to shut off the water until I got it repaired. I found Marti's on Yelp with good reviews so I gave them a call.
Vic answered my call and sent the tech Rich out to my house in 15 minutes.
Rich gave me a reasonable estimate on a couple of options.
I agreed to the job and Rich got started immediately and the repair was done in a few hours. He did a professional looking job and was very courteous.
I'm happy to have running water again and would recommend Marti's.
