Wow! We had previously been told we had a drop in the sewer line that was going to be very costly to fix. Martin's Sewer showed up to do a cleaning and give us an estimate on fixing the drop. Lo and behold the previous company had been lying! Everything was fine.

Martin came out, cleaned out my sewer line, everything seemed fine. 4 months later, the line backs up again. So Martin comes out again, says that the 'roots are really bad', which is strange. I've owned this property for over a decade and have had to clean out the sewer line only once every several years. Suddenly it's every 4 months? And during the winter months?

I was concerned that the sewer line needs to be replaced so I called Martin, who charged for a camera both times and didn't send the video, and his response was 'the sewer line doesn't need to be replaced but we'll need to come out every 6 months from now on'. I was genuinely confused by this, how the roots were growing so fast suddenly and during the winter when Martin quickly asked me ""Are you going to pay the invoice?"" which was a strange question and then ""Next time you call someone else"". End of call.

I'm not a sewer expert and maybe I caught Martin at a bad moment and maybe roots are magically now growing 10 times faster during the winter and maybe my sewer line suddenly and unfortunately does need replacing, but I will absolutely call someone else next time.

Another company had been out to clean a drain and scope the mail line. They told me my main line had rusted out and I had to spend $12K immediately, manager came out and 2nd opinon same as first. spend min $12k now, worst $65k of other pipes as bad.
Called a second company they reviewed sewer scope video. Same conclusion just a few $k cheaper.
Called Sewer Experts and they lined me up with Martin's.
Martin's came out quickly with commercial grade equipment, commercial grade video. Made the well known Denver plumbing companies equipment look like child's toys. Professional equipment with skilled operators cleaned the line out so well, it was obvious the line was in excellent condition. No work needed. $65K saved.

Could not recommend Martin more. We have used multiple companies over the years to clean out our mainline with minimal success. The last company (big name, big $) said our old clay pipes were almost fully collapsed. Fast forward 2 years and again, we had the basement drain back up due to roots. Martin and his son were able to come out that afternoon and spent the next 3 (!!!) hours running their snake up and down our line to clear an incredibly large and stubborn root ball. He went above and beyond! I will only use Martin for all my drain cleaning from here on out.

I have used Martin numerous times for drain clearing and more importantly sewer cleaning/clearing. I have 9 homes in Denver and periodically their sewers and bath drains need help. I've worked with this firm twice now. The first time, the firm was recommended to me by someone who had run a sewer scope for us on a property we were buying. The charge was very reasonable, the service was prompt, and the tech was friendly and professional.

Had an opportunity (that's putting a positive spin on it, right? to call this company again today for another property. The response was immediate, they got to the property around 5:00, called me when they got back to the shop, explained the work they did, and cleaned both the main line and a secondary drain line for half what another firm quoted me for just the main line cleaning.
