On Easter Sunday my hot water heater if 18 years decided it was time to go. I called Martins Rooter and Plumbing and left a voicemail not expecting a call back until the following day. To my surprise Martin called me back on Easter Sunday and said he would try his best to come out Monday but most likely Tuesday. Well he was able to come out Monday morning and install a new hot water heater for me. He was very responsive and did an excellent job and left the job site cleaner than when he came. Thank you for coming out so soon.

These guys showed up when they promised. Fairly described the problem and uncertainties. Charged a fair price and came back two days later when the system clogged up again. Nice to know there are professionals that guarantee their work!

We were in the midst of a total interior remodel and needed an experienced plumber that could handle repiping to Vex (we live at the beach), installation of a tankless water heater system and the necessary plumbing and drains to install a total Min-Splits A/C System through out the house. What a bad selection. On all of these tasks, Martin failed miserably. The hot water system was not installed properly and needed to be reinstalled and components added to make it work properly (another $1,800) and with the Min-Splits A/C System he failed to connect the drains to the Sewer so that when we turned the A.C on we got a flood of water throughout the house. We are still adding up the damages from this one. Martin was very quick to blame other trades for his negligence, but nowhere to be seen one he had been paid.

Worst experience with a plumber ever. Just want to make quick money and do not care the customer real problems. Poor knowledge of regulations. Avoid hiring him to avoid future problem with your plumbing.

Without question, Martin's Rooter and Plumbing in Oxnard is the best plumber working in Ventura County, IMHO. Professional, super prompt, polite and with decades worth of experience, he has been a godsend for me and my little house with old pipes. He knows his stuff, is very reasonable with pricing and recommendations. I trust him and on the rare occasion that I have used another plumber, I ended up calling Martin in to ""repair"" the unsuccessful work that the previous plumber had done. Nice man, too!

I got to start off the three day weekend with a clogged kitchen sink!
Martin Solis of Martin's Plumbing came out right away and had my sink working in less than an hour. He and his colleague were very professional and personable. I won't hesitate to use them again!
