I decided to have a new dishwasher installed. I needed to find someone who could cut out the cabinet and install an electrical outlet. I searched Yelp and got several quotes. I decided to hire Jacob because his quote was very reasonable. After cutting out the cabinet, Jacob discovered the pipe for the clean out had rusted through, my house was built in 1960, and the subfloor was damaged. The area around the clean out on the side of the house was not sealed allowing water from the rain to come in. He also discovered the pipes for the kitchen sink that I recently installed had been done incorrectly. Jacob assessed what needed to be done. Went home to get his dry wall tools plus parts at Home Depot. Jacob replaced the subfloor, drywalled the area inside the cupboard after replacing the drain pipe, installed an outlet for the dishwasher, reconfigured the pipes to the sink before hooking up the dishwasher, and sealed the area around the clean out cover on the side of the house. He did a great job framing the area around the dishwasher.
Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of his workmanship. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Jacob as an experienced handyman.

Definitely happy with the work they did. They fit me in the schedule in 2 days and the price is reasonable. They kept me updated on everything they fixed my water damage and resealed all the vents I had on my roof, they checked my roof to make sure everything was okay and I don't have to be worried about any water damage caused by broken tile etc. They were not trying to sell me on anything extra!

It's hard to let someone into your home not knowing them but we quickly becoming comfortable and happy to have him in our home. We needed big projects done and he delivered amazing results. Jacob worked quickly and efficiently. He was always polite and respectful of us and our home. We needed our baseboards repaired due to our dogs chewing on them. Jacob was able to find an exact match for our baseboards. We will defintely use him again.

Was looking for someone to replace an existing exterior door. Came across Jacob. He answered all my questions over the phone, so I decided go forward with his service. We set up a time, he came a did a great job on install my new door. Very professional he cleaned up after himself when finished with work. He even cut the door & trimming for me so I could fit it in my trash cans. While working on the door we were talking about projects I have done around the house and I was telling how I had a few outlets not working. He offered to take a look at and solved my issues. The best part was he didn't even charge me anything extra for fixing my outlet issue. I will recommend him to any of my friends and family. Thank you for everything Jacob!!

Let me start off by saying he never did any actual work for me. I debated about posting a review for this reason, but I feel like people should know about my experience. I contacted him to do some flooring for my home. He showed up and gave me a quote. I asked him to send a quote in writing and he agreed. I sent him my email address and he never sent it. I called him up and he said he was having some issues with google and he would get back to me. I texted him and got no response. I emailed him and received no response. I lost three days. I'm trying to figure out why he even showed up. He could have just told me he didn't want the job. He wasted my time, which is not something I have a lot of. Beware.

After reaching out to 8 unlicensed, overpriced and unprofessional contractors. I FOUND JACOB!!!! He could see I was frustrated and assured me he could do the job. I needed floors, drywall and painting done after water damage. Jacob recommended a few upgrades since we were doing a renovation. My kitchen looks amazing and he is also a craftsman. He made a custom closet for my master bedroom!! We now have a lot more room for shoes and stuff!! Thank you Jacob, Dino and Pedro for all your hard work. You can see the pride in your work!! Jacob Martin is the man! Requested a quote for some dry wall work and showed up same day. I called about 3 other businesses and Jacob had the best price. He did an excellent job and takes pride in his work. I definitely recommended him. I have a few other home projects that needs to be done and he will be my go to.
