I had a plumbing emergency upon returning ftom a long stay overseas, a bathroom leak had compromised my floor and my baseboards, Ben Martinez came with a good recommendation from my long time plumber who no longer did heavy crawling work. Bottom line this guy took me to the cleaners.

He convinced me with his smile and his affable demeanor that I should re-pipe my entire house. He quoted me between 7000 and 7500 for the work. I mistakenly bought in. He sent two guys who worked about 24 hours combined over two days. He handed me a bill for 7300 USD. I asked for a detailed breakdown of this expense and he declined.

He left with the money while I am still on the hook for the wall damage he did to remedy the problem. LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!!
