I called Mr. Martinez to come change a toilet in our main bathroom and to hook up the washing machine to the waste line.

Carlos came and fixed the leak we hired him for and adjusted the shower.
Unfortunately the toilet didn't flush properly and he came back and worked into the evening but couldn't fix it.

He said we needed a new toilet. By this time Home Depot was closed.

In the end we hired a different plumber to do the job as we weren't comfortable having him complete it.

My husband and I are big with customer service and Carlos and his team exceeded our expectations, very knowledgeable on what he does, prices very reasonable. We sent a message in the morning, same day before noon he came he gave us a quote. A week later installation of our sump pump was completed .

Mr. Martinez seems to think that if you don't actually steal money from a customer, then that is acceptable behavior. It is not. When you agree to a deal, wait several weeks, then call it off one day prior to installation, you have disrupted the customer and wasted his time. I repeat, stay away from this guy.

Kitchen sink had not worked for years. Previous workers said the fault lied in pipes under the home. Mr. Martinez removed the copper pipe under the kitchen sink replacing with plastic tubing and installed a new kitchen sink. There was no need to go to the pipes under the home at all. This was completed in an efficient and timely manner. Working on mobile homes seemed to come easy to him. Too long this had waited as if it was a major plumbing issue and it was handled in an hour.
