After looking at their great reviews we decided to call Martinez Plumbing to come and see what the problem was. The lady on the phone was really polite and helped fit an appointment that fit my schedule. Same day mind you!!! Turned out we had some leaks in our kitchen line. Victor came out crawled under our house gave me a reasonable estimate and a great warranty on their work. We decided to go with them and couldn't be happier. The next morning he was here with another plumber as promised and finished that same day! We are extremely happy and grateful for their help and will be calling them back if we ever need services again! Highly recommend these guys.

I spoke with a young lady on Aug 31 who answered the phone for Martinez Plumbing I explained my problem she stated that some would call me on Sept 1 between the hours of 9am & 10a, at 11:26am still no call...I called and reached a voicemail and left my message as of 4:15,pm still NO reply...would I recommended absolutely not...lack of communicating with customer and no follow through...went with another company and couldn't be happier what I didn't receive from Martinez Plumbing I received reliable and professional service from the company I went with.
