I have used Martin Plumbing about two years ago and was happy with the service. I'm always afraid of getting over charged and being told more is wrong than what is. I can honestly say I trust Martin Plumbing.
The workers are polite, professional and nice to me that's a plus in my book. I had some minor problems and they sent a worker out named Tim he took care of my situation and handled everything promptly was very pleased with this nice young man service.

I had a blocked shower drain and when I snaked it, it had seemed like I had cleared the blockage until I heard water hitting the ground in the crawl space. Figured I had hit a weak spot in the decades old pipes.

I called Martin Plumbing on a Sat afternoon and they had a plumber out here on Sun afternoon and on time. Eddie was friendly and professional. After crawling under the house it turns out one joint in the drain from 20 years ago wasn't glued and I had popped it out.

He glued it up and tested for leaks. He was here for about 20 minutes on a Sun and did the simple fix for no charge. Seriously. So after that I asked him for a quote on redoing the whole stack which is about 40-50 years old and I know needs replacing, all the drains are slow. He came back with a very reasonable number. Great service.

Called Martin Plumbing out for the second time. First time they helped me with a broken water main last year. I recently called them for a blockage in my sewer line. They sent someone out and cleared the line in a timely manner.

Martin Plumbing should be your ONLY Choice! We have used them to adjust the water pressure to our home, install two Hans Grohe faucets in our kitchen and most importantly save us several thousand dollars trouble shooting and resolving a problem with our master bath Kohler spa/jet tub. They were able to remove the tub without damaging the custom stone and RE-engineered the installation which was missing a p-trap. Eddie is the technician that came to our house each time. He is Professional, personable and knowledgeable! He worked directly with Rich back in the office to consult on the best approach to resolve our problem. Our calls were always returned timely by Rose in the office (who also happens to be very knowledgeable as a plumber herself) and they were prompt on their service calls. Ultimately Eddie and his associate Justin (Who was also a pleasure to have in our home and obviously knew what he was doing) came to our home to complete the work and repairs to the tub and left with everything resolved and completely cleaned up leaving no sign that they had ever been in our home. We will never call another company!

Used them couple times before bc of good reviews I read and they seemed good. Then I had toilet leaking water so I called them once again.
Their worker was very friendly and was going on and on how great and expensive my toilets are and part that needed to be replaced is a major one that he has to special order and it is very expensive .. showed me catalog saying he doesn't make up prices and that he will do me a favor by reducing price a little ... It wasn't sounding right but guy seemed professional and nice.

After he left, our conversation kept bothering me so I looked it up the issue I had with toilet on the internet and sure enough I was right, part that needed to be replaced was only couple bux(don't quite remember the exact price now) and 10 minutes to fix it and not as he was saying couple hours.. the same day I went and replaced part on all my toilets (bc others started to have same problem).

I was so upset bc I felt he wanted to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about plumbing charging me very steep price. Wether he wanted to scam me or was highly unqualified to do that job my I don't know. My only regret I haven't confronted Martin Plumbing about it. And bc of this I will not be taking my business to them anymore. Very upset.

Please research the matter a little before calling them(or other company) so my experience does not happen to you.

7-9-17 / Called for a backup sink in the garage and talked with Tim, he was here in about and hour. Good guy. Snaked sink and got us back and running. Will use them again in a heart beat. Will be remodeling a kitchen and two baths and will call them for the plumbing needs...

8-24-17 / Called Martin's plumbing been having an inch or so of water under the house...Tim came by the same day I'd called and he found where the water was coming from, it was a leaking from the irrigation system!!!
Would call them anytime for a plumbing issue...Thanks again, Tim!!!

If you are in need of a plumber look no further. I had used Martin plumbing in the past and will continue to use. Was in need of service on water heater and Chris arrived. He was pleasant, nice and very knowledgeable, service was fast and efficient! I would recommend Martin plumbing for all your plumbing needs.
