Called late last night because of a bathroom leak. The owner and one of the crew members were at my house first thing the next morning to fix the leak. They even took extra initiative to fix an issue that wasn't related to the initial problem. I appreciate the thoroughness and professionalism. I will definitely be using and recommending this company in the future.

We have had two different instances in which we had substantial water damage. They did their best to make a bad situation bearable. They were professional, courteous and caring. We also hired them to renovate the back of our house. They gutted and redid a bathroom, installed tile and hardwood floors, scraped and smooth ceilings and painted rooms. Their work is excellent. We will be hiring them to renovate our upstairs as well. They are great folks to work with!

No call, No show for an estimate appointment scheduled a month in advance. Called multiple times after no show and finally got someone to answer. Was told their estimator had the flu. Just a tip - common business practice calls for you to notify appointments in advance if you need to reschedule. They are lacking in business acumen.

We had a very bad experience with this company and would not recommend using them. Lowe's subcontracted our kitchen and flooring remodel to this company. Half of the flooring they laid had to be pulled up and laid again. A new range hood was to be installed as part of the remodel which would require moving the vent tube, leaving a 7 inch hole in the ceiling. We were told by the contractor that they would patch the old hole as part of the relocation which they did. Afterward I received a call from the ""Owner"" saying that they were not authorized to patch the old hole and that we would have to pay extra for the drywall work and that no one would be coming back until they were paid. I explained to her that we were under contract with Lowe's and that she could not bill us directly. It took over three weeks for them to comeback and finally start work again. When they installed the new range hood they cut the new hole in the ceiling in the wrong spot leaving an exposed area visible that had to be patched. During the final walk through the owner was shown the unfinished patch and refused to finish it. In the end Lowe""s reimbursed us for the unfinished work and brought in other contractors to finish what Martin's refused to finish. All of this is well documented and verifiable through Lowe's.

We had 80% water damage to the main floor in our home on 3-19-19 due to a hose on our washing machine bursting. We have a somewhat large house and only 2 rooms on the first floor were not damaged. After we had Serv Pro for 3 days drying things out and taking most of our floors, our claims adjuster gave us two names of companies to help with restoration and we chose Martin Construction. Best choice we could have made! Besides guiding us through demo and then helping with restoration as well as upgrades we decided to make, they took care of US. We luckily have a bedroom and bath upstairs off our bonus room where we stayed for almost 2 months. Erica and Tim, the owners and Rebecca, the office manager were simply wonderful as were the whole team some of whom are Lee, Hector, Bobby, Bubba, and Bishop. They worked hand-in-glove with our claims adjuster as they found more things that needed repairing and with us on our budget making good recommendations where we needed to save money. They stay busy but were able to work us in and we are so thankful they did. I highly recommend Martin Construction and Restoration!

Martin did a large restoration on my home as part of an insurance claim (new drywall,windows, paint,flooring) and we were very happy with their work. They communicated clearly with us throughout the process, got the work done in the time they estimated and left the house cleaner than it was prior to the repairs. I would highly recommend them and use them in the future.
