Jim and his team installed a high efficiency combination boiler/water heater after our tank failed on us. They did a beautiful job despite having to wade through about 50 years of entangled heating equipment, completed the work quickly and cleanly, and came in on budget. They went above and beyond, lending us a temporary water tank while we waited for the install, showing up in the middle of the night when we had a carbon monoxide alarm that turned out to be unrelated to their work, and hooked us up with an electrician to sort out our thermostats. I would absolutely hire them to do any job in my house.

I had a great experience with Martel Plumbing and Heating. This company replaced my electric and oil heating system with high efficiency gas boilers. I did my research and shopped around and received a handful of quote, this is the only company that didn't inflate their charge and gave me a very honest number. Jim (owner) did an excellent job explaining the process, worked with me on some specifics and was quick to respond with each inquiry/request. Once the work started, Kyle was in charge and again, was very professional, well-knowledgeable, super responsive, and did a superb job on the work. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs. These guys won't treat you like just another client. Call them and you will not regret it! :-)
