I found Blake Marshall here on Yelp after a really negative and unpleasant phone experience with another plumber whom I'd found on Angie's List.

My experience with Blake was the polar opposite. He couldn't have been more positive and pleasant. Our plumbing needs were not urgent; we set up his first available which was about a week out.

His follow up is amazing and he was right on time. I needed two bathroom faucets replaced, a shower head replaced, a malfunctioning tub faucet replaced and a leaky outdoor spigot fixed. I'd been warned by a plumber years before that the tub faucet couldn't be fixed/replaced without tearing out the tile and getting behind the wall. The Angie's List guy also gave me a song and dance about that. Blake said that it would not be necessary to tear anything out to replace the faucet. He brought in tarps to protect the carpets and set to work with no warnings about all the problems that he might encounter. He just did it. All of it. Everything. Perfectly. He went over his very fair bill in detail and left the place immaculate. Great guy, very professional. As long as he is in business, I will never call another plumber again.

He fixed a faucet when he could have told me to buy a new one, and he found something else wrong with the garbage disposal that needed fixing. Blake (owner) first fit me in to do a simple (but time sensitive) toilet repair, and I asked him back to replace an older water heater and 'snug up' my heater ducts. On both occasions, he was extremely professional and pleasant to work with. Responsive, on time, clearly knows what he's doing and willing to take the time to answer questions and explain how things work. Blake made the costs clear up front, no surprises, and was gracious about checking out a concern I had that turned out to be unrelated to the work he'd done. I'd have no hesitation recommending him to family and friends, will be my first stop for any future plumbing or heating needs.

He was knowledgable and proved exactly so in his workmanship when he arrived to resolve it. We were happy with the result. Having a water problem many miles away is disheartening. Blake Marshall (owner) showed up ONTIME to inspect a faulty circulation pump. The thing works, but made humming noises.
Blake informed me I had one of the quietest models on the market and replacing the unit (for no reason) would be pretty pricy.
No charge for the consultation, but I am a customer for life now! Fantastic customer service.
