The absolute Best! During snowmaggeddon last week we awoke to no heat. We have hydronic/radiant heat. We called 7 different companies... Only Blake returned my call. He not only returned my call but working with FaceTime he was able to do walk me through a ""temporary fix.""He is now scheduled to come out and do a permanent fix. Total professional!!

Blake Marshall Plumbing and Heating deserves at least five stars here. We own a second home at Dollar Point, Tahoe City. It's about 50 years old with some crusty plumbing. A plumber we'd had earlier totally botched the job, causing a leak in our second floor shower which sent water down to the first floor. Blake -- recommended to us by a home inspector -- corrected the problem, installed new valves, shower arm, and shower head to our complete satisfaction, and resealed the downstairs toilet which the other plumber incorrectly installed. My wife was also impressed by his fastidiousness: drop cloths wherever he walked, and little plastic booties covering his shoes to avoid bringing any dirt into the house! We'll be calling on him for a couple of other projects too. We recommend Blake Marshall Plumbing and Heating strongly and without hesitation.

On the day he visited us, Blake had just learned he was going to become a father. We wish Dad and Mom all the best!

Blake was very friendly, professional, and efficient. He didnt beat up our home to access our plumbing. He was punctual, reasonably priced, and helped educate us quite a bit to help us understand the plumbing in our new home. I found Blake Marshall here on Yelp after a really negative and unpleasant phone experience with another plumber whom I'd found on Angie's List.

My experience with Blake was the polar opposite. He couldn't have been more positive and pleasant. Our plumbing needs were not urgent; we set up his first available which was about a week out.

His follow up is amazing and he was right on time. I needed two bathroom faucets replaced, a shower head replaced, a malfunctioning tub faucet replaced and a leaky outdoor spigot fixed. I'd been warned by a plumber years before that the tub faucet couldn't be fixed/replaced without tearing out the tile and getting behind the wall. The Angie's List guy also gave me a song and dance about that. Blake said that it would not be necessary to tear anything out to replace the faucet. He brought in tarps to protect the carpets and set to work with no warnings about all the problems that he might encounter. He just did it. All of it. Everything. Perfectly. He went over his very fair bill in detail and left the place immaculate. Great guy, very professional. As long as he is in business, I will never call another plumber again.
