Marshall was prompt, communicative and friendly. Plus he was wearing an Indiana Jones baseball cap!! We discussed the job, I sent him some images of the issue and he was able to assess the problem and quoted an excellent price.

He worked with my schedule, arrived on time and was done very quickly. We are very happy with the work and although we don't look forward to any plumbing issues in the future, we know exactly who we will call if they do arise.

Marshall, was very pleasant and communicated quickly. However, the first appointment I made with him he canceled due to a emergency. Understandable, emergencies happen. I rescheduled with him and moved around my schedule to be at home and after 30 min past the appointment I reached out to him. He replied quickly and stated he was working another project. Not to reliable for me and will not be rescheduling with him a second time.

I needed 3 bathroom faucets replaced . I contacted two other plumbers from Yelp and added Marshall as a 3rd option. The first two quotes I was not feeling good about. Both of the plumbers were not personable and just were out for the dollar. When I contacted Marshall he was quick to respond. I sent him pictures of my faucets and have was able to give me a rough quote. He came out, took a better look at what was needed and he stayed very close to his original quote. I will use Marshall again ... he is a true gem.

When you call Marshall you get Marshall not another person. He was just extraordinary to work with.

Marshall is a great guy and problem solver. I had a tricky issue with getting our bathroom faucets to tighten up after a poor installation job by a renovation company. It was such a tight space, I still don't know how he was able to complete the job! He knows what he is doing I guess after 43 years of plumbing. You won't be disappointed, support the small business owners out there!

4/23/2020 Update

I'm updating a review I left way back in 2017. I had some problems including getting charged for an on-site estimate. The owner just contacted me (late, but followup is always appreciated) and made a convincing argument that I had left a review here for a plumbing service with a similar name by mistake. The owner says he does not charge for onsite estimates.
