Offered free estimate; got free estimate. Offered to completely fix my leaking bath tub faucet before charging us anything. Attempted to fix but failed, and then demanded 100 dollars for trying or he wouldn't leave, even though he said he'd fix it first before charging us. Wooooow. The previous reviews were unreliable, bewarned. Bath tub faucet still leaking...I never review for anything, for neither good nor bad services, but this was so ridiculous I had to act.

As a young homeowner, I can say that I am very pleased with Marshall's work. He was very easy to make an appointment with and was prompt with work.
He fixed the shower problem I was having with great expertise and was very clear on the process and solution options for my shower. His level of professionalism is very pleasing. I highly recommend him for any plumbing needs and will call him in the future.

My highest recommendation for any plumbing work goes to Marshall. A true gentleman. Proffesional, no nonsense, and by that I mean, he WILL NOT, over charge, or offer repairs that are not neccessary. Marshall is like your best friend/neighbor that you can call and know your money is well spent. He is now my permanent plumber. I hope his son does him repect, and honor him by taking up the trade, and carry on the business when he retires. This is how personable this man is.. I feel that comfortable to make that wish.
Marshall is a craftsman in all sense of the word. Just a guy giving you good service for a fair price.. Wow! what a surprise in this day huh?

Marshall came to my girlfriends house to fix a leaky washing machine tap. I had him fix a flap in my toilet as well.

Marshall was everything I wanted in a plumber. Water heater went out, he was prompt, polite, and explained to me, in detail, what issues I was having. I do not mind playing more to have something done right but it needs to be explained and make sense, he was most certainly did that. Highly recommend !

My experience with Marshal was... mind numbing. I felt like everything was an excuse for something completely unrelated to me or my plumbing job. Marshal mentioned at least twice about how he just had to pay the registration for his work truck. Then he complained about paying for his state plumbing contractor's license. Then he complained that he has to pay for insurance/bond. He then complained about the work a previous plumber had done at my house, even though it just cleared the permits with the city inspector. Then he complained that city inspectors are a jack of all trades, but a master of none and that they don't really know any one trade at all.
Wow. I just want my plumbing job to be taken care of and not have to worry about Marshal's problems. It's not like the government decided that Marshal was the only business person, contractor, working individual who has to pay for this stuff. I'm not sure if Marshal and I just didn't click or maybe he had an off day. But I felt myself dozing off when Marshal would complain about every little detail of adult life, and then to say that every minute obstacle in the plumbing job was a problem that had to dissected... well, I felt like he was getting me primed for the big $$ estimate.
Needless to say, we didn't mesh and I won't be using Marshal. I'm sure he's a qualified plumber and he is very polite. But, golly, can we just get down to business? As a consumer, I just really want to know a) how much is this going to cost? b) how long will it take to complete? c) how are you going to accomplish the goal? d) what is your warranty?
As Marshal was leaving, another plumber was coming to give me an estimate. Marshal had asked me earlier if I was going to get other bids. Did it matter? Wasn't Marshal going to give me his best price? Is there a different price if I don't get other bids? In any case, Marshal said he'd give me a bid in two to three days. It's been about a month and I never received that estimate.

I had a leak coming from my master bath and like I normally do I yelp for that specific service in my area. Make a long story short Marshall plumbing comes up and say to myself why not, I call he says he'll give a free estimate and he'll be by in the morning. He shows up early as I asked and gets to work. He cut a few small holes in the ceiling around the leak and finds the problem. He shows me a cracked ""Y"" drain pipe that needed to be replaced and that was where the leak was coming from. Mind you that whole time Marshall was thoroughly explaining everything he was doing, he quoted me what I thought was a fair price and fixed my leak. Marshall is very honest and an all around great guy and that's hard combination to find in a person making service calls to your home. I would recommend him to anyone.
