You would think during this time when so many businesses struggling to keep their door open a company would make every effort to keep a customer happy.
I guess they are not hurting for business. I had an appointment for 3 pm, scrambled to get everything picked up and then 3:30 no worker. I called and they told me he was at an emergency call. (Just a thought, if you're going to be late, CALL). I called again at 4 pm and they told me that he was still on the emergency call. At that point they didn't offer to reschedule, but I told them to cancel the appointment since I would find someone else who needed the work.

Lack of communication. Says will arrive in the morning. No show and no communication for the entire day. Asked what happened in the late afternoon. The excuse was, "its really hot and the guys have to take breaks so its slowing things down." Umm... its July in Texas, you already know that. We know this is the weather in Texas in July. And you're a HVAC company. Please respect your customer's time by planning better or just by giving them a heads up on the delay.

I rarely have a need for plumbing services but when I do it's an emergency, and I don't want to wait till the end of this week or next week to get the assistance I need. Mars services and specifically Les was perfect today!

Les quickly diagnosed the problem, scoped it out and found a resolution for me fairly quickly. I appreciate his professionalism and honesty and doing business with him was a pleasure. He laid out all the options for me and I feel as though I got a great return for my money....the same day my emergency happened.

AHS originally sent another company (SDL) evaluate my water heater which was leaking, but I did not feel comfortable using them because of their lackluster reviews and 2 star rating. In addition, they wanted to charge me over $1,080 to supposedly bring me up to code. This was in addition to what the warranty company was paying (I.e. water heater plus labor) them to install the water heater. For example, they wanted to charge me $150 for a drip pan which probably costs $30. As a result, I did my own research and found Mars. After discussing the situation with Adam, I felt really good about the company and decided to hire them to install the new water heater.

I utilized Mars Plumbing Services on Friday, June 5th. I had a wonderful experience; therefore, I would highly recommend them. Les called me at 9A to notify me that he was enroute and that he would arrive at my house at 1030A. Les and Giovanny actually arrived 30 minutes early. Les did a excellent job of explaining things in layman's terms and keeping me informed of their progress every step of the way. They removed the leaky water heater and installed a brand new Bradford and White Defender water heater. Les also educated me on how to care for the water heater thereby possibly increasing its longevity. They were very professional! I really appreciated the communication, honesty, efficiency, and work quality. I can see why Mars has such great reviews on google and yelp. I received 5 ***** treatment all the way!

I had the carpets cleaned and my tile floors in kitchen, baths and laundry room done. They look new!!! Great job by Carlos and Keith from Mars! The company responded to my inquiry the same day. They came out within a couple of days. They showed up on time. They gave me a price quote before starting work. They didn't add on fees and stuck to their quote And their prices are very reasonable! Thank you Carlos, Keith and Mars Services! Highly recommend!

Mars services came right on time as scheduled and went above and beyond. Initially I thought my couch had no urine stains but when they arrived we found some. Unsure if the chemicals would work they were honest with me about the possibility of it not working. Still I had them go ahead and clean it. He left me half a bottle of the solution in case I needed to retreat it and made sure I knew how. Turns out it worked. The couch smells great a month later with no sign of stains or smells of dogs or urine. I appreciated their honesty and their willingness to help. They did a great job!!!

I started to feel warm spots on my dinning room floor and heard water running all the time, clear signs of a leak... put out a message for help and Mars beat the competition (SIDE NOTE: sending out that message was cool, cut down on time)
They sent Les and he knows his stuff. He's effective and to the point. Over all good experience!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I found this business through my favorite app... YELP of course. They have quite a few 5 star reviews. My kitchen sink was completely stopped up due to a clogged pipe. Water would not flow through and we required a hydro-spray pressure wash of our pipes (which is not covered by my home warranty). Putting the job off was just not an option because we use our kitchen sink and dishwasher every day. I requested the service through the yelp app and was contacted by the company within an hour. They were able to send someone out to do the repair the next day for a reasonable price. The plumber was very polite and professional. He explained everything that he was doing and was able to complete the job in one business day. The company also does other services; as listed on the business card. I highly recommend them.
