My hot water heater had a leak and this 5 star review is for the responsiveness of this company. From the ongoing communication upon initial contact to Shelby contacting me to schedule the appointment. Derick Smith, Plumbing Supervisor...contacted me while in route (as promised) and quickly diagnosed the problem, he explained everything that would need to be completed very throughly and provided me with an estimate.--The entire plumbing repair process is already stressful enough. However, thanks for the excellent customer service!

Our heater would not come on so we called Mars Services based off their reviews. Their HVAC department sent Kevin to come see what was wrong. Kevin was punctual, kind, and explained the issues in a way that was easy to understand. Our problem was resolved and we feel confident in the work that was done. We contacted Mars for electrical issues, but before we could schedule that service, we had an issue with our plumbing. I contacted them and they sent someone out same day. They had all the equipment to fix the issue and were in and out quickly. They were transparent about the issues and pricing and communicated clearly. They even cleaned up and sanitized the room after repairs.

Excellent. Fast. Educational.
After having a nightmare Plummer here on yelp I tried to DIY the issue and got up to a roadblock. I called Mars and they had Shay come out in a few hours and help me diagnose how to fix the issue with my Water Heater (he could have done, but I wanted to keep the cost down). He gave me advice on how to best go about it/ how to avoid any future issues and went on his way. Very glad I called Mars.

After a storm, our breaker to the garage plugs, front living room, and front porch went bad. Chris and Pedro were assigned to our rental house and came out quickly. They replaced the breaker and were wonderful to work with. They were both extremely professional and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough!

These guys are simply the best in the business. I had horrible pet urine stains on my carpet and there is not a single trace of them now. Not to mention the cleaning solution they use smells incredible! I also had 3 oriental rugs that needed to be professionally cleaned, which they were able to have returned to me in less than 2 days! Mars service is great recommend them 100% they're great they work great with my schedule I'm a really busy person I work three jobs I don't even know how they got to put me in their schedule because I had to cancel on them twice because I had too much work going on but they're great will definitely use them again if I need to and I will definitely recommend them 100%
