Called about a shower with no hot water or pressure. Got next day service. Caleb arrived and fixed the problem right away! Awesome job! Reasonably priced. We had new fixtures for the shower, asked him to do install, and he did! Will be calling Mars for any future plumbing needs! Mars is the Czars!

They were called to my mother's house to repair a toilet only. Instead she was charged almost 2,000 dollars to upgrade the water heater. Now,a month later, the he toilet works but the heater quit! Taking advantage of an elderly health care worker is disgraceful and an abomination! Enough said about this business.

Mars is always there within a timely manner. My daughter recently bought a home and they did the septic inspection for her. They explained how the system worked, when to clean it out, and told her how to maintain it. We will call them again, when it's time to have it serviced. Very professional.

I moved to Maryville, Illinois last year and Mars Ran a gas line for the stove. My water heater started to leak, looked at options and called Seth to discuss the Rinnai tankless. He set an appointment at his Collinsville location and showed my wife and I the working unit. He did not pressure us, gave us a quote and after looking around I bought the Rinnai and Nuvo water softener filter. Seth did an excellent job along with his brother John installing, cleaning up and hauling away the old tank. I love this system and Mars has a highly satisfied customer.

We just built a house and had Mars do the plumbing. They were not our choice, but our contractor's. We moved in in late January and our shower (which was just installed one day, we never got to choose one) stills leaks. They will not return calls in a timely manner and when they do, it's another 2 weeks before they show up to do anything. This shower was ""fixed"" twice. It's crap! Also, two of our bathroom sinks have started leaking.
