Marquise did excellent work with extremely competitive pricing on a difficult 50 year old cast iron sewer line replacement. The pipe had collapsed and the work was done in very a tight area. I am really pleased with the result. Brad and Jay are nice people, easy going and competent, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing work. They cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Top notch in my books. I can't thank them enough.

We purchased a home in September of 2017. As with any older home, you expect there will be a few necessary repairs. Well, it so happens that we have had to replace the ejector pump in the basement, the sump pump and the water heater, all within 2 months. Marquise has been outstanding with their response and customer service. The prices are competitive with other providers in the area. We're sold on Marquise.

Called this company about 2 weeks ago due to the excellent reviews they had received. I called during normal business hours during the week. I was surprised no one answered my call and it went straight to voice mail (it was a male voice). I went ahead and left a message asking for a call back to get some plumbing work done. I never heard from them at all.

I simply can't say enough good things about Brad & Joe. Twice I have called about a water leak (once in the bathroom, the latest in my basement), and they have responded quickly. This last time, I had found a water leak by my furnace. Joe came out, took one look and said I needed an HVAC service. He was right! Love having someone so honest, makes me have faith in people.

I needed some work done on a running toilet, so I followed the yelp reviewers and had Jay from Marquise.......he was out promptly as promised, diagnosed the problem, walked me through it and how he would fix it and the cost. He was done efficiently, on time, at a very fair price, and proceeded to walk me through our other two toilets. Yes, one was problematic but he easily fixed it for free.

I was so impressed with the skill, customer service, and price that on-the-spot I booked him to pre-emptively replace a 16 year old water heater. Again, he was ontime, worked promptly and efficiently, all at a very fair price.

I would easily recommend Jay and Marquise for any work you may have.

I highly recommend Marquise Plumbing to any and everyone! I have a party tomorrow and just realized today that I have a plumbing issue that has to be fixed before the party. Marquise is the only plumbing company that contacted me back right away and were available to help me right away. Jay came out in less than 30 mins and fixed my issue quickly and he was really nice. I was so stressed out but not anymore :). I will definitely be using their service for any future plumbing issues.

I love hot showers as well as anyone, but this was ridiculous. We weren't getting any cool water coming out. -scorching hot! It felt like my eyebrows were singeing right off of my face. I have no idea how my spouse could stand it. I was yelling obscenities every time I had to stand under that shower head.

I assumed it would be an easy fix, but nothing in my life or house is ever simple and this shower was no different. I wasn't thrilled to learn that the only way to fix this problem was to cut a 24x12in hole behind the toilet and replace the entire shower system, but after a couple of weeks with scorching hot showers, I was ready to accept what must be done.

Unfortunately, it took a month to get the parts in. Not Brad's fault. Blame Grohe. But by that point, my esthetician was even yelling about what it was doing to my skin. Despite the looooong wait, Brad was great about keeping in touch. He promised that I would be at the top of his list when the part came in and just like he promised, I was.

It was a smooth process once the shiny new hardware was in. In and out in a day. Very professional. Informative. All positives. In the end, it was a painful 2K price tag for more tepid water, but the pain of that was quickly forgotten the moment I finally had a curse word free shower.

We used Marquise for our RPZ Backflow certification. I used the service based on the Yelp reviews, and the reviews are well earned. Brad showed up on time, was very friendly and explained everything to me. The past two years we used a competitor who showed up, left a note saying they could not perform the service, and left without telling us. After talking to their back office, they came back out, did not explain the problem and charged us extra.Marquise was wonderful in their service and knowledge, and we will continue to use them in the future.

Brad and Jay did an excellent job replacing our water heater! Fast, courteous, efficient and competitively priced are just a few praises for these guys!! Plus the fact we had a new hot water heater installed and operational same say! Highly recommend!!
