Brad continues to provide outstanding, timely and courteous service. As always, he remains very responsive, punctual and uses high quality products. Never pushes for additional things to be done. And it helps that he's an honest, genuinely down to earth guy!

Brad was asked to return to fix a problem that was not fixed during the first service visit. He charged us a second time $150 service fee plus parts to fix one of the original problems with a toilet. He was here about 10 minutes to fix the leak. We questioned him about the second service fee and asked him to please work with us because the problem was not fixed the first visit. He reluctantly offered to take $10 off! Really? Really??

We value everyone's time, but in this case we feel Brad was not willing to work with us at all! We would not recommend Marquise Plumbing because of Brad's unwillingness to reasonably reduce the service call or eliminate it because of the situation.

This handling felt really wrong and unprofessional. This handling is NOT the way to keep a customer or to gain new ones.

We will NOT hire again!

I called Brad about a plumbing quote I had received from another plumber. Brad got back to me very quickly and verified that water heater I was quoted on is good quality and the price I was quoted was very fair.

Brad was extremely nice and informative, despite the fact that the information he gave me meant he wasn't getting my business. I was grateful for Brad's honesty.

Update: I remembered the previous interaction and ended up using Brad when our ejector pump failed. They replaced our pump and everything was good. A year later the sensor failed on the replaced ejector pump, it was under warranty and Brad came out to replace the sensor charging for labor only. Another year has passed and the sensor has somehow seems to have failed AGAIN.

These things happen, not that big of a deal. But I've now called Brad five times in the past week, leaving three messages and still haven't gotten a call back. Very frustrating when this sensor should still be warranteed. I'm hoping Brad sees this negative review and gives me a call back. Maybe there's a good explanation for why he's been unresponsive for the past week...

Marquis installed two water heaters for us and some other updates. They are a company that you should be confident in using. Brad and Jay did great work, they are professional, on time, friendly and reasonably priced. Call them!

When our cut-off valve exploded due to a sudden thaw last weekend, Marquise was the only plumber that could get someone out quickly. Jay fixed the valve, gave us some great pointers for avoiding future problems, and recommended a good drywall contractor to fix the wall.

Jay did a good job and made a thorough repair, including cleaning up and giving advice on how to prevent a recurrence.

Respectful of our property and cleaned up quite well.

Marquise did excellent work with extremely competitive pricing on a difficult 50 year old cast iron sewer line replacement. The pipe had collapsed and the work was done in very a tight area. I am really pleased with the result. Brad and Jay are nice people, easy going and competent, and I highly recommend them for any plumbing work. They cleaned up perfectly afterwards. Top notch in my books. I can't thank them enough.

We purchased a home in September of 2017. As with any older home, you expect there will be a few necessary repairs. Well, it so happens that we have had to replace the ejector pump in the basement, the sump pump and the water heater, all within 2 months. Marquise has been outstanding with their response and customer service. The prices are competitive with other providers in the area. We're sold on Marquise.

Called this company about 2 weeks ago due to the excellent reviews they had received. I called during normal business hours during the week. I was surprised no one answered my call and it went straight to voice mail (it was a male voice). I went ahead and left a message asking for a call back to get some plumbing work done. I never heard from them at all.

I simply can't say enough good things about Brad & Joe. Twice I have called about a water leak (once in the bathroom, the latest in my basement), and they have responded quickly. This last time, I had found a water leak by my furnace. Joe came out, took one look and said I needed an HVAC service. He was right! Love having someone so honest, makes me have faith in people.
