Ariana M.Called them and was told that they would be available in an hour to send someone out. Couple of hours passed by so we called back and they told us that they would just be another hour because they were backed up. It's 8 pm now and they are closed. They should have been professional enough to call us if they became busy and let us know they wouldn't have been able to make it. That way we could reschedule for tomorrow or tried for someone else.
Samantha R.Google lead us to a fake five stars. For the past two days we have called to get a plumber estimate with an email confirmation and nothing. This morning the ""boss"" called explaining we weren't in the system (which we knew because the only information taken was an email). He explained they would need 150+ deposit to get the email confirmation and a plumber to be available in two days. Thankfully we dodge a bullet with horrible customer service and saved money. (Another license plumber sent us a confirmation for the same day and we only need to leave a $40 deposit)
