Marquez plumbing was a referral from a friend so I gave them a try. I called them the morning after XMAS and a very polite gentleman answered the phone. He had one of his employees Danny at my house within 40 minutes. I had a plugged kitchen drain and it was an issue. Danny was very professional, clean, polite and respected my home. He was very responsive to my questions and concerns while he was here and he fixed clogged pipes after snaking the lines. It appeared challenging to say the least that my attempt with Drano wasn't going to solve but Danny got it done. This company is local and I would recommend them highly. Nice to find a company you can trust ...

We tried fixing it ourself, so of course it did not work! We called Marquez, Frank Came out, showed us what went wrong, gave us options and fixed it! He did an excellent job, was friendly and prompt. We will call this business again!

Came home at 5:15 on a Friday night of a holiday weekend to find our water heater had burst and the garage was flooded. I called Marquez Plumbing and by 7:30 pm the water heater was replaced. Excellent customer service. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We called Marquez Plumbing on Jan. 2, 2017 not expecting to get an answer and less a same day appointment!!! We got both! They sent out Danny who was so AWESOME!! We had multiple problems, our kitchen faucet broke New Year's Day, we couldn't shut it off underneath nor could we shut off the main water to the house. The very next day we we called Marquez and they fit us in and even came early! What was even more awesome was that they called us about an hour or half an hour before Danny showed up to let us know that he was on the way, I have NEVER HAD such EXCELLENT service! Danny jumped right in and showed us exactly what was wrong and did his magic and fixed EVERYTHING! He was literally in and out in less than an hour and a half. The price was absolutely reasonable, we will be using Marquez Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs from now on! Thank you for your wonderful customer service, you guys are the BEST!

If you ever need a water heater replaced this is the place to call. I started calling around to various plumbers in town at 5:30pm on a Thursday and had to leave a voicemail message in every case. Since Marquez was listed as an authorized service provider for the brand I currently had I decided to try them a second time in hopes of trying to get the part to repair. My call was answered this time and I was told that they do service my brand but did not have parts. A replacement was quoted and I made note and thanked them as I wanted to check around and compare the price with others in town. The next morning I made some calls and received 2 calls from the messages I had left the night before. In all cases I was quoted a much higher price than Marquez and nobody could come out until Monday at the earliest. I called Marquez back to confirm the price they had quoted me and they said they could be out same day between 1 & 3. I booked the job and made arraignments to leave work early in order to be there. I arrived home at 1:30 and they were loading my old water heater on their truck and completely finished with the installation of a new water heater. The only thing I had to do was sign the work order and they said they would send me the bill. I cannot express how relieved and grateful I am for the excellent service and more than fair price that Marquez Plumbing provided. They will get my business for any and all of my plumbing needs in the future.

I had just moved into a new house and 1 week after being in my new home, I had a toilet backup then I discovered within minutes that sewage was backing up into my bathtub as well. It was 9pm on a Friday. I called 6 different LOCAL plumbers that advertise 24/7 emergency services. Out of all of them only 2 called me back, Marquez and a guy who wanted to walk me through opening up my clean out. So clearly, I had no choice but to go with Marquez if I wanted to get something done that night. It may have been out of desperation but it was a great choice. The previous tenant had a baby and flushed baby wipes down the toilet. The guy that came out was awesome. He took a look and let us know what he had to do and why, before he did it.

Fast forward to yesterday (7/22/15), I bought a gas dryer and the gas line had been capped off but it was there and accessible. I called Marquez first, they said they could come out on 7/23 but he called me back a few hours later and said one of the techs had finished a job early and he could send him out that day if I had time. I didn't so I just opted for today (7/23). Kim, called me this morning to let me know that she was sending over a tech (I work from home so this was easy for me and I let Marquez know that, hence the calls to send a tech out). The same guy that came out for my emergency backed up pipes came out again today. Simply put he is awesome. He did what I needed and BOOM, done! Seriously, these are my go to guys. They are fast and friendly. I don't have a single complaint. Thank you again, to all at Marquez!

plumber came out today because of hose break leak under my sink..talk talk talk..no action done except turn off cold water saying he needed a piece to fix cold water shut off valve. hot water line ok to use and is safe. doing dishes tonight with so-called only hot water...completely flooded under sink again and into my hardwood floors. no, my water system is not safe. had to turn off main water line again to save the floors and over an hour service to be paid for nothing but continued leaks

Please consider Marquez Plumbing as your ""Go To Plumber"". I talked to David on the phone regarding a problem I was having with my water heater. He realized (I didn't) that the issue was a warranty item and advised me to call my home builder for service. If he had not been so honest, I never would have realized that the repair was a covered item, at no charge to me!
His wife answered the phone, put him right on, and I was treated with concern and respect, even though they did not make one dime off my call. This is real Customer Service, and although I did not need him to come to my home, I will without a doubt call him next time for service!

Wow absolutely shocking ! Used this company before for water heater install and it was fine. Called this morning for a water shutoff valve repair and asked for a bid -they stated 75.00 per hour and parts which was fine, however, I wanted them to take a look to make sure they could handle the job because it meant shutting down a well with four houses and the owner responded, and I quote, "" I'm not driving all the way out there to look at the job"" - we live 6.93 miles from their business. The only reason I gave 1 star was it wouldn't do 0. Its clear they have limited plumbing ability (guessing water heaters only) even though they advertise a wide scope, and NO customer service ability whatsoever. This is the first time I have ever posted a review, needless to say I deleted their number from our phone !
