We were experiencing a clog somewhere in our plumbing. We were concerned about a broken pipe. We called another local plumbing service first and they were booked through the month. Next we called Marquez plumbing. Someone returned our call in a reasonable amount of time and sent someone to our house to snake our backyard clean out because that's what my husband asked them to do. We seemed to be okay after that - nothing backed up and toilets flushed. Ran 1 load of wash in an HE washer and had a back up in the shower and bathtub and couldn't flush. This was not their fault. Called them back after closing and left a message. In the meanwhile the pipe drained and we were able to flush toilets again and the water drained from the shower and tub. They were really busy the next day and couldn't get to us. We weren't in dire need so it was okay. They came back the next day and located the clog after finding our sewer line and digging a small hole in our yard to access the pipe. The clog was determined to be out in the street where the sewer line from our house connects to the main sewer. Another guy had to come back with a bigger piece of equipment to snake the line out to the middle of the street. He cleared the pipe and then patched it so we could use our plumbing. I checked on it repeatdedly - no leaks. Someone had to get parts to build our 2-way clean out for ease of eliminating future clogs because our older home didn't have a 2-way clean out. The clean out is in our front yard but they took steps to make sure it's not obvious, you have to know what you're looking for. They were all efficient, friendly, knowledgable and their services were reasonably priced. We will call them in the future if we ever have need for their services. My husband and I were both happy we called them.

We have a couple of rentals in addition to owning our own home and Marquez Plumbing is our go-to plumbing company. The phone person is helpful and cheerful and she gets you on the schedule promptly. Most recently Paul came out to unplug our line and he was efficient and personable. This company has had the chance to add on costs and instead fit us in so we were able to avoid the extra charges. I highly recommend Marquez Plumbing.

Expensive. Installed a water softener in an existing space using existing plumbing. We were quoted an hourly rate. Job took 2 hours and he charged us for 4 hours because he brought someone else along and charged us for that guy's time, too.

Lots of drama ensued when we questioned what we were charged. Told us he wouldn't charge us even though we weren't looking for a freebie. Charge was reversed then a week later someone calls for our credit card number because it was ""misplaced"". No mention of previous drama. Very odd but no appetite to revisit previous drama so we gave them our card number again and the full charge was processed again.

Work was OK, looks a bit odd the way it was positioned and pipes routed over a sink.

They responded quickly to my call for a leaky pipe. Mario wore a mask and was very professional. He replaced our pipe quickly and we were very pleased with his work and knowledge. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues.
