Dave Marquez and his team are amazing people!! My family and I were stuck without hot water for almost two weeks. We were trying to fix are water heater and having trouble with the company the had made it, then had a plumber come to fix it and didn't finish the job. Called up Dave and told him about are problem. He said that normally he wouldn't work on a job that someone else started but in the position that we were in he would help. After talking with my wife we decided to go with a new water heater and have Dave and his team put it in. All I have to say is this man and the team that works for him and with him are nothing but professional and just good people!! They help use in are time of need!! Thank you Dave again for your help!! I highly recommend Dave and his team to be able to take care of many of your plumbing needs what ever they are!!

Marquez has been my go-to plumber for years. They recently repaired a major leak in the drain under my kitchen sink. While he was inspecting, he noticed a slow leak at the upper cold water fitting on my faucet. He happened to have a virtually identical faucet in his truck (but a much better brand) so I asked him to replace it. They had to come on a Saturday, but I was the first appointment. He was 10 minutes early and all the work was complete in an hour. I asked him to inspect a shower faucet with a slow leak starting at the valve. A simple fix; he told me what needed to be replaced (for a later time). My best friend was at my house as well while the work was being done, and she made sure he knew she also is a satisfied Marquez customer!

Robert of Hollister We needed to replace our Kitchen sink faucet so we called Marquez Plumbing because we used them before and were very satisfied with their service. They said in about three days or maybe earlier, later that morning we received a call from them asking if they could come today because someone had to cancel we said yes and within a few minute they showed uo. Joe was very friendly and professional and went about helping us and after a little more than an hour Joe was done we are extremely happy and satisfied and will only call this company for any future needs. We had our gas regulator rotated to fit our new oven, and contacted Marquez Plumbing. I received a quote quickly and the work was done the next day. The price was very reasonable and work was quality!

We found ourselves in a situation where the handle to shut off water broke. Unfortunately it broke in the off position and of course it's late afternoon. I found Marquez Plumbing on Nextdoor and gave them a call. They were so considerate on phone and sent out a plumber within 20 minutes. They will continue to be our go to for plumbing situations. I called Marquez Plumbing after by efforts to replace a leaking Moen shower valve cartridge resulted in my breaking the stem and the cartridge getting stuck in the valve. Danny came out in about two hours and had the old cartridge out and a new one installed quickly. Very neat work and great workmanship. Highly recommended this plumbing company!. Y

I am offended by the receptionist at this place of business.I had a new water heater put in as my previous one was installed by them 6 years an 4 mo. Ago. 4 mo out of warranty. I am a longtime customer and a senior single owner of 13 acres I maintain by myself. I had just had a major leak a few weeks ago at a big expense. I asked Michaella if there were any breaks and she shrugged me off. I am not driving at this time, and do not own a printer. I asked if she could print me a bill as I keep for taxes. She said have someone come by and get one. I asked if she could send me one in the mail? Thinking she would say sure. Instead she said she would have to check. Wow, for use of a stamp, and a print out? After I have paid in full a water heater for 1,900.00. I have been waiting to receive it. I would have asked for the owner but I am sure I wold not have been able to speak to him. Sad, I thought living here for 22 years and using this company I was worth a stamp. This is is a shame not to give me a bit of consideration. Joe did a good job and quoted me 1,780. She said it took another man to come help him. Was not informed of this extra. Is this a small town getting too big?

My shower started leaking this week and progressed to full on shower being on and unable to shut off. I called Marquez at 4pm asking for an emergency visit. The person I spoke to was kind and empathetic to my situation. She immediately scheduled for a same day appointment between 5-7pm. The plumber showed up a few minutes before 5. I was relieved to see him and he was able to repair in under an hour. I was so grateful for the fast service and the exceptional customer service by both the office and plumber onsite. Great job! And we will continue to use Marquez for all our plumbing needs!
