After spending a frustrating morning trying to find someone to fix a badly stopped up kitchen sink, I called Marquez brothers. The phone was answered by a real person who took my information and offered an appointment within a window of 1-3 pm. She advised that if the plumber was free earlier, she would call. He arrived a few minutes after 3. He examined the problem and went straight to work snaking out the clog. A half-hour later, the sink was not only clear, it was spotless - he cleaned up after himself. The service was worth every bit of the $85 charge. I will certainly call on Marquez Brothers again as needed.

I'm a property manager, managing over 300 units in the Long Beach area. I called Jessie a couple times , and he did a fairly good job. But on last last job I gave him, he was incredibly unprofessional . When you are working with the tenants, it is very important to be very professional and not have a lot of back and forth.

He can do a small job just fine,. But if you need him in a professional capacity this is not your guy.

Don't know why I can't get an estimate from these guys.? Jesse came by and took a look and said he would call me back with the estimate but I haven't heard from them, that was over a month ago! I wanted them to possibly re pipe my plumbing. I have called them a few times to ask them for the estimate to no avail. I guess they don't want my business. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Really awesome plumbers! They answer the phone, call back and show up when they say they say they will. They did two separate jobs for me and gave me fair to good prices. They also made a few suggestions on simple enhancements that I can do myself. I'll be using them for all my future plumbing needs and you should also!

Called and she picked up so no voicemail which is great. My tenants needed this job done asap and plumber showed up same afternoon and completed for a fair price. This is how it should work unlike Tony over at TL Plumbing. My review is over there for him if you're wondering.

I had 3 plumbing issues that I've procrastinated on since life's been so busy. Called the top 5 stars plumbers on yelp yesterday. One was all booked and the other took the end of the day yesterday to reply and want some pictures sent first. Being a busy person, I need to get things done that can accommodate my schedule. Called MARQUEZ BROS PLUMBING, spoke to Rebecca, told her what I need and she booked me right on the spot. She made some suggestions also in regards to my garbage disposal.

Today LUIS came as per the set appt. He is punctual, professional and boy was quick, got started on the 1st project immediately. I was amazed how quick this guy is - completed all 3 issues in no time at all. I thought I'll take almost a half a day at least ( as the others had told me). I'm so glad that I picked Marquez Bros. Luis is a very friendly family guy, easy to talk to and answered all the questions I had... like a friendly neighbor. Even had him re-caulk the kitchen counter/ sink corners which was an add-on job - and he got it done as well in a jiffy. He cleaned up after himself also, even put his shoe booties on when he tackled the job upstairs. And after the work were all done --- the total bill was way too reasonable ( lets put it this way -- I was quoted twice as much by the others that I've called). Marquez Bros are the best --- you can see the other testimonies -- everyone in their family run business delivered an A++++job -- Would totally recommend them to friends, family, co-workers and HOA members in my community. They'll be my to go plumbers for life.

I called Marquez Bros about serious blockage in the main sewer line in the new house I just bought. Running any water in the house would back up the drains and start flooding the bathroom within 2 minutes. My wife and I were not keen on taking a shower in sewage in our new home!

They picked up and had a plumber out within an hour. The blockage was worse than we originally thought, but Miguel stayed until he was able pull/snake out the obstruction even though he was being called out to help out on another job. That kind of customer service and commitment will put Marquez Bros at the top of my list anytime I have a plumbing problem in the future.
