Alan and Tim fixed our restroom toilet quick and it works great again! They even went above and beyond when I asked if they could change the shower head later on, they found time in their busy day to return and install it. 10/10 service!

Had a leak under the kitchen sink, they looked at it, told the tenant leak is due to the old faucet and gaps. They said we have added silicone to fill the gap when I called again because the tenant said the leak is not fixed. Didn't call me with info to discuss further after or while servicing, I had to call to know what happened. $165 invoice just for that. I went and looked at the sink, The leak was due to just loose side spray. I got clear silicone for $5 and filled it as gaps were still there. They are not going to have my business again.

I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues. We called them today and they were here within 30 minutes. They fixed the issue and were professional, polite and knowledgeable. I will use them again if necessary. Allen and Blake were the gentlemen that assisted us and I would request them if possible.

Terrific service and super fast response. Called for a hydro static test prior to purchasing a home and they were there the next morning. Great professional plumbers who took the time to explain the process. They were careful to cover their shoes and boots as they moved from outside to in. They did a great job "pulling" the toilet and resetting it (even better than it was before). Would not hesitate to call them for future needs. Very friendly, easy to work with.

Maroon Plumbing was called to replace a water heater on May 16, 2022. That part went okay. After the water heater, they replaced the hot and cold valve stem assemblies in the hall shower. No one is clear on why the valves were replaced, I just know I am the homeowner and they did not check with me. Maybe they were stiff to turn, not sure. After replacement of the hot and cold valve stem assemblies, the hot side began gushing water (about half flow) and could not be turned off at the shower. We had to turn it off at the water heater. Maroon Plumbing was notified and after about 4 days, they came out and replaced the hot side valve again. This second repair lasted longer (4-5 days) but also suffered the same fate as the first repair. Maroon Plumbing was again notified and reluctantly agreed to come out the following week, which turned out to be today, June 6. They are blaming the failure on high water pressure (approx. 100 psi). I have lived in this house for 25 years and have always had high water pressure and NEVER had a problem with it. They are unable to tell me why the high water pressure, which has been present for AT LEAST 25 YEARS has never affected another faucet or plumbing fixture in the entire house until they work on it. Maybe they are using inferior parts, or perhaps it's inferior workmanship, but they do not stand behind their service.? Either way, you are better off choosing another plumbing service.

I had a huge project to excavate and replace old sewer and home plumbing lines at my home. This has been a long ongoing project and from the start of it, Maroon plumbing has delivered. Dana, the scheduler and the person most likely to answer your call is so lovely and takes the time to fully understand your needs and is very accommodating with scheduling your estimate. She maintains great communication so you can be up to date on visits and invoices as they come. Both Sam and Ronnie, who do the work on the ground are exceptional. They are clearly experts in their field, and they have the added skill of breaking down what is needed, and what can be expected so that as the client you are a part of the entire process with full understanding of what is going on. I felt heard and knew I could trust these two to accommodate my wants with what was needed for my home. Overall, the team is reliable, communicative, professional, and offer high quality services for a good value. I could not recommend them enough.

We had a pipe break that destroyed our entire garage ceiling that we unfortunately discovered really late at night. I ended up calling a few other companies first whose emergency numbers didn't work, said they were on their way and didn't show, or said they were booked. Mind you our ceiling was gushing water... I should have called Maroon Plumbing from the get-go, but had never dealt with this issue locally yet so did not know about them yet (hence leaving this review for others to know).

Erich was able to come out quickly the next day and fixed the issue super efficiently and patiently explained what he was doing. I then shopped around for a company to do repiping and settled on Maroon Plumbing again. Yes, it's pricy, but for the work they do, it is fair. I mean, do you really want to deal with a flooded garage or future leaks from a poorly done job? They were also one of the only few who had 1 year warranty on the stuff they worked on which was not available at most of the other places I had contacted.

Overall they were friendly and very professional. I recommend asking for Erich or Wyatt. Extra points to Erich for being so sweet to my cat who got in the way all the time he was working.

Fantastic, helpful employee. After getting off work on a Saturday, stopped to help me with my car that wouldn't start out of the kindness of his heart. If he got my car to start when it seemed hopeless, can only imagine what he can do as a skilled plumber.
