Cecelia FronteroAnthony was quick to respond to my inquiry. He arrived on time for the estimate and advised that he would send me a quote by the end of the day and could begin the work in ""a couple of days"". He texted with some follow-up questions, but then said that he should be able to begin working in two to three days. I replied that two would be much better and asked if he could make it two, not three. He texted with some other questions, but didn't respond about starting. I asked again. No answer. I asked again. No answer. Nor did I get the quote. I called the next day, left a VM, and never heard back. Very, very dissatisfied. Some reply, even to say he couldn't take the job, would have been preferable to complete radio silence. Not to mention just plain polite. He lost a repeat customer.
