Avoid! Warning- this is everything a homeowner hates about plumbers. The old owner was great. The new guy Carlos is terrible.
Sub contracts out to un licensed plumbers.
Doesn't complete work and doesn't call back.
Over charges.
Complete sleaze.

I had the same experience as the previous person. Carlos is a lier and looks to screw over his customers. I hired him for a plumbing job at my business and he ripped us off, as well as flat out lied to my face when he failed to show up to do the work. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH HIM

A sleazy business, period.
When Jim Eastman owned this company it was highly respected, professional in every way. In fact I had done business with Jim for almost 10 years before Carlos took it over and has managed to run it straight into the ground. He fails to show up for scheduled appointiments, uses questionable people to do the work, and when reached by phone, will not call back. This after purchasing a new $11k system that I have no recourse on now. Beware, don't use this company. You will be sorry in the end.

Stay away from these guys - their web site looks good, but didn't do the job well, and pretended some things needed replacement that didn't have a problem.
