I have used Marlin Plumbing several times for residential repairs and I am beyond pleased with their superior level of service. Their plumbers are knowledgeable, quick to diagnose and repair issues and they are very fair with their pricing. I have used them for multiple emergency pipe leaks, bathroom fixture installations and dishwasher/garbage disposal installations. I highly recommend this honest family run company.

Total rip off, this is exactly the type of company you want to avoid. It claims it's first 45 mins for 98 dollars but consider the clock starts when the Plummer is looking for parking!!!!! so kiss good bye your first 15 minutes, parts are 300% marked up, there is a fuel charge of 8 usd and parking fee of 20 usd. In summary, you pay by default 126 usd just for 30 mins. like a parking meter, it charges in increments by the hour!!!!! Watch out here MAJOR RIP OFF avoid avoid avoid

We hired Marlin to fix a toilet that kept over flowing. They came out three times and charged us all three times- stating they don't guarantee their work. The. On the third time charged and additional $500 for a diagnosis to state the first three services were wrong. Now trying to charge over $1000 to fix the issue they actually found and won't guarantee it will work either or apply the fees they charged us on all the prior visits due to a misdiagnosis from their staff. Asking to break the walls and floors of our house to look at a pipe. Today- same toilet over flowed in the bathroom again. Find someone who is qualified to do the work and not just to steal your money.

With a leaking water main, Marlin Plumbing scheduled a visit six days later because that's when the estimator was available. Marlin sent two estimators. I asked to replace the water main from PVC to copper. They mostly talked to themselves and sometimes in code. Before leaving, Marlin's estimators told me it was probably going to cost $2,000. Later that day I received an estimate for $3,000. That's to run and solder 60 feet of copper tube. Marlin Plumbing gave me a high estimate so that I would decline their services instead of the company giving the impression that they don't do small jobs. Marlin Plumbing's owner should have better business practices. The time and money wasted on two estimators - both are planning to start a plumbing business of their own at the expense of Marlin. Anyways, I found another plumber to fix the leak.

My kitchen sink was clogged. The person who did the work was nice, after he finished in less than an hour of actual work, he spend about 15 minutes writing the report, charged from the time he arrived at the gate, plus the use of his snake, plus the time that took parking. The total bill, for a simple unclogging $400.50 .!!!!...First and last time I will call them! Malka.K.

I have been using this company for years. They are reasonably priced and always on time. (I always get the first appointment) The guys are always nice and professional. I want to thank Teresa the person who always helps me set up an appointment she is always helpful when trying to schedule my appointments! I have learned the hard way to always use a plumber, trying to hire a handyman might save you a few dollars but most likely will cost you thousands when the job causes a leak. I only use licensed and insured plumbers. THANKS AGAIN!

No good - don't deal with these guys - not worth the headache. They came once - but the same leak started up the next day. They came again the day after, but the leak started back up a month later. I called them to come out then - they said they'd be there at 10 am, called back at 3 pm and they said they'd have to charge over time (much higher rate) bc it's after 3 pm. I took a day off of work and the guy never showed up. I tried them one last time (today), they said at 10 am - now its 3 pm, so this is why I am writing this. They still never showed up. They don't call you out of courtesy to let you know they are late etc.. they don't show up on time if they show up. So - use at own risk and at the waste of your own time.... find someone else....

My shower was clogged and I needed a plumber STAT. Martin's is an authorized vendor for my residence so I called them and they showed up within the hour. They literally fixed the clog in 20 minutes, but the service cost an arm and a leg! $365 The fee breakdown: service parking The rate is more expensive on the weekend. It was a nice touch of them to send a postcard thanking me for their service though.
