Be careful. We paid them to make a repair on our furnace blower, a month later we were having the same issue. No big deal, they seemed like a good company when we first dealt with them. I called and spoke to who I am assuming was the owner and was immediately talked down to in a confrontational and rude manner. After two minutes of the gentleman asking me contradicting questions and being nothing but rude I told him i would call someone else. I didn't ask for a free service just if they would come out and look at it again. I was even willing to pay.

Not a big loss to me, but I would be very weary of them ever standing by something the sell, install or warranty.

Just paid $425 for R22 Refrigerant which was 3X the going rate. Also Ryan tried to sell me a Buss N30 Fuse for $115 which sells for $2.38 at Home Depot. Do your home work first.

They charged me $480/LB for r22 refrigerant. Come to find out that's 3X what everyone else is charging. Should have done my homework before....thanks Marky Mark

I am so impressed with Marky Mark's! I called to have someone come do a system check on our furnace because it kept turning on and off and blowing cold air (which was not at all appreciated considering it's the middle of winter).
I called around 7:45am, and they sent Ryan out that morning (he arrived at 9am!). That was only the first of the many things that impressed me with M&M that day. After a half hour or so of work, Ryan had diagnosed our problem and recommended a few courses of action.
Due to the age of our furnace (over 20 years old) we decided to go ahead and bite the bullet and went with the most expensive option - replacing the furnace. Much to my surprise, they were able to call the warehouse at 10am on a Friday and get our new furnace installed THAT. DAY. Ryan was also able to add a vent to the basement family room after I asked last minute if they do that sort of work.
Now we have a new furnace that works SO much better than our old one, and a new go-to service provider for our heating and cooling needs! We know that the AC and the water heater are likely going to bite the dust soon, and when they do, we will definitely be calling Marky Mark's to do the work!

Our furnace wouldn't fire up on a winter Sunday morning. We reviewed Yelp options, found Marky Mark's and called them. We had Marky Mark's ""guy"" out on a Sunday morning. Took him 5 minutes to diagnose that our inducer motor needed replacement, and he was right. He then proceeded to quote a price that totaled $1390. It seemed high and included a special $175 to pick up the part on a Sunday (the part store was open, but somehow he had to ""call to have them open the shop"". No kidding.). He then proceeded to try to sell me an entire new heating and cooling system with financing options. At this point, we understood the high pricing. We paid the emergency trip fee ($125) and sent him on his way. As good consumers, we checked the pricing of the part and the time to repair. We were right, it was high, very high. 3X what other reputable heating and plumbing companies charge. I told the technician (a contractor, not an employee) to forget it and Marcus (owner) called me back. The interaction with Marcus could not have been more frustrating. First, scare tactics. ""You're dealing with carbon monoxide, so you better be careful."" Then, ridiculous commentary. ""Well, it has been a warm winter, so we didn't really have you over a barrel. It was 58 today."" This is Colorado, 50 yesterday, literally 20 today, and who knows tomorrow! Claiming that we don't actually need our furnace in January (because it has been warm), are you kidding me? Then, denial. ""That is fair pricing, and you can't even get the parts."" Then, the truth. ""I have to make money too."" So he marks up the contractor's work. Mark-up? Seems fair, right? No. That is quite the mark-up (~300% on parts, +/-$300, and 600% on labor, over $600). By the way, the contractor never called Marcus, just quoted a ridiculous price.
Needless to say, Marky Mark and his Funky Bunch have lost our business forever.

And please read Marcus' response below. It is a perfect characterization of the issues we had. Of course, it is the customer's problem and we are ""lying"". Just as the other bad reviews are made by ""employees of Yelp"", and are just there to encourage him to advertise with Yelp. Ok. We get it. We all vote with our wallets, and I am voting to take my business elsewhere.

Finally, Total job? Part $129.99. Labor .25 hours. Total bill? $200.00
Lesson learned. Do your research.

Please, please, please read Marcus' response below. It really does capture our experience.
Does anyone have a red pen?

We just bought a new townhouse, and saw that Marky Mark's had just put in a new furnace. The A/C wasn't cooling great, so we called them out to take a look. They spent a bunch of time here, tested the lines and airflow, and even cleaned out and leveled the compressor. But the best part was that they didn't try to get a bunch of money from us. In fact, they didn't even charge for the service, since they had just put in the furnace. They took the time to give us a lot of information, and some advice about getting the most time out of our A/C, and even our hot water heater. When it's time to replace these units, I'll definitely be calling Marky Mark's!

I hardly ever write reviews but Marky Mark's did such a commendable job on my furnance, I felt that it was absolutely necessary.

When I made an appointment for them to come out the next day, the gentleman I spoke with tried to ease my worries by giving me some preventative tips to keep my pipes from freezing overnight. The other companies I contacted did not do this what-so-ever. In fact they made me feel as though I was a bother-as I called late into the evening.

Ryan was very professional, knowledgeable, and gave great service. The same can be said about Markus, who stopped by to help. Ryan explained the issue very thoroughly and I did not feel as though I was being ""sold"" into something I did not understand or need. Being a woman, it is very important to me that I do not feel taken advantage of regarding needs and cost. Ryan and Markus did none of that.

The price was reasonable and Markus worked with around our needs and priorities. I received absolutely great service! I am definitely going to recommend Marky Mark's Heating Cooling Plumbing and will use them for our future needs!

Markus and Bruce came out and installed AC and a new furnace. The process has been fast and easy. Markus was knowledgeable and up front about what we would need. My furnace was very old, but still functioning. I wanted someone that wasn't going to try to sell me something I didn't need. He just explained how something new could perform much more efficiently. They were prompt and friendly and the price was more than fair. I highly recommend these guys for your furnace and ac needs.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Marcus is just about money. he has no customer service skills. I had his company come out to install an A/C unit. he started throwing out all his technical terms ending every sentence with "" You know what I mean?"" or "" You will be golden,""
He made promisers that he didn't even tell the tech who came out to do the work about. Marcus never showed up at the warehouse to meet his tech. they were over an hour late to start the work. Marcus wouldn't answer his tech phone call. When he finally did show up 3 hours later. the tech was upset so Marcus tried to talk me into giving in on the promises he made.
After all that....the unit was not cooling off the upper level of the house. I called Marcus his answer was yeah that happens I told you that.....he did not.
He said he would have to install duct work which he said his company will have to tear down walls to see where to install. & install a attic fan cause it is a mess up there.....he never went in the attic. he also said that would cost another 1200.00 Marcus was going to come to take a look at what work needed to be done on 06/27/16 although he already knew it what it would cost!!....guess wghatr never heard a word from him. I tried to call but no answer. I would like to give this company -5 stars but I cant. so half a star is being ""golden
