Had an emergency sewer line clog on a Friday night. Called Mark and they were able come out on a Saturday morning! Within an hour the lines were clear. We have tried another plumber in town but they never return calls and are very slow on responding. Mark was available when no one else was. Highly recommend for any drain or sewer line clogs. Never thought I'd have a favorite Plumber, but Mark & his son (also Mark) are the best!
He's done work at my home for the past 10 years, working late into the evening, and always happy to be there, happy to do the work. The work is always superior and the price is always reasonable. From replacing my sewer main to maintaining my perfect drainage flows; not to mention a beautiful new hot water heater that truly fills my tub!

The kitchen sink in the house I rent was clogged. The owner told me to call these guys to get it fixed. The plumber shows up, clears the lines but tells my son the fawcet is dripping and needs to be replaced. I'm a little dumbfounded seeing as it was just replaced last October. I get a call back from the plumber saying the owner has approved replacement. While I realize it's not my money, I do a little digging and let the owner know I would swear it was just replaced in October. The owner informs me that the plumber called him and led him to believe that it was a real problem for me. I tell him, I don't know what the plumber is talking about. I think I would know if it was a problem. When I called to inquire about why they felt it needed replacing, the woman who answered the phone informed me that the plumber was out sick today, Hmmm, that's odd, yesterday you told me he had a full day booked. So which one is it? Long story, kind of short - these guys are chiselers, stay away!

I have a sewage ejection system that stopped working. Mark's was the first to call back. They arrived quickly, and solved the problem (new float switch) in less than an hour. It is a dirty, nasty job. These guys are not the fanciest or the prettiestt (they have an old truck and an old dog), but they were honest and efficient. They could have charged me for a new pump, but did not. I will call them first next time.
