Don't go to Mark's plumbing. Left my mother stranded for two months without water and she's 64. When my mother called them to come back out to fix it, they told her they were already on another job. Unacceptable behavior. you should be ashamed how you treat your elders.

I would give a zero star rating if I could. Dealing with Mark's Plumbing was a nightmare. I could write a book on how badly I was treated by him. finally had to threaten to sue him to get the job finished. he left a huge hole in my foundation after finally finishing the sewer line job and said he would come back with a subcontractor to repair it but that never happened. I finally had to get my own worker to repair it. and over the winter my drain froze up because of the unfinished work. thanks for nothing but a big bill.
I can't fault the two workers who did the job because they were only going on his orders. He only showed up once to assess the job and that was all he did
don't use him unless it's an emergency and he's the only one you can get.
I think the only reason he stays in business is that there is very little competition around here.

If I could give less than one star I would. While the end result was acceptable, the effort and expense to get there was not. After playing phone tag for days, two plumbers showed up at my home and looked at the project, which was to repair an outside spigot. These two spent 5 minutes looking and did nothing as they said they needed parts. They arrived at my home in a beat up mini van. 2 days later they called and said they could fix my spigot. They were sloppy and didn't even bring their own bucket to catch water from the pipes, they wouldn't even wait for me to get a bucket which was nearby. Instead they took the trash bag out of my large trash can and used that, then they didn't empty the water and put the trash bag back in the now waterlogged trash can; I found this after they left. One of the plumbers also leaned heavily on my washing machine with his knee, putting his weight on the glass topped lid along with his tools and scratched it. I should have said something but I think I was just too surprised. They left a mess. So, I was charged $90 for that first 5 minute visit, and charged for both plumbers, $90 and $55 on the day of the actual work, which took less than an hour, plus parts. I couldn't even read the statement they sent, it was so sloppy. It was a total of $433. Yes the spigot works but the sloppy and gross way these people got it accomplished was less than impressive. Wonder how they treat their own homes if they treat a customer's home like this.

Excellent work done by the guys from Mark's Plumbing in Omak. I had a claw-foot tub that I needed to have installed and they did a great job. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Will definitely call them again!

I called Mark for plumbing work when I first moved to Omak. Almost 3 years later he is the ONLY plumber I'll call. He is fair, professional, dependable, and has always been there when I'm in a panic or just need help. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you want someone you can trust who won't gouge you with pricing and will work with you.

Mark's Plumbing is cordial and professional. When we needed them, they were available instantly. We appreciate that very much. Also, they are knowledgeable and recommend procedures to what needs to be done in order to prevent future repairs. Definitely will ask for their assistance if any new repairs are needed.

Just moved here. Hot water heater went out. Mark's Plumbing was here within three hours, replaced a new element and informed me I needed a new breaker switch too. I was pleasantly surprised the bill was much less than I would have paid where I moved from. I definitely would use him again.

Didnt have a great experience. Most likely tell you how you can do it rather than him do it. Won't ever call again.
