Lol someone else reported this dude's driving. I'm here to concur. He just road raged out on me. He was yelling and waving his arms around like a freak. Yikes. And I'm pretty sure he was parking at his house when he did this. Not sure why someone would be STUPID enough to act like a fool in front of their house (on San Mateo) in a car representing their business....

Mark knows his stuff this man could do his job blindfolded and im not even joking my 90 yr old father had major plumbing problems one day i stopped to check on mom and dad .Ill try making this short so before i got there dad had already called another plumbing company ,so of course i asked questions looking out for my parents the price these old people were given was unreal it started at 3,500 but it could cost this and if they have to do that you know the deal.Needless to say i stopped that right than told dad dont sign anything ill b right back ,i went in use t h e phone called Mark he asked what they said i told him i didnt know exactly what they said the problem was but i describe what dad told me.Mark IMMEDIATELY stopped us from doing anything he already said what he thought it was and the master plumber was right and he said he`ll get the job done and we wont be paying that price he is more than fair sometimes most of the time he puts his clients first .He LITERALLY runs from start to finish give him his nasty coffee (it needs a spoon ) hehe just like mine.Seriously the mans a working machine my whole family use`s MARK`S Plumbing you want the best when you have to pay that kind of money ,just a great guy.thank you Lori

I don't know how his services are but I do know how his driving is. He swerved in and out of traffic almost hitting several cars as he did so. I watched as cars swerved out of his way as he accelerated to the point of practically touching the bumper of the car in front of him. He almost hit me as I did not accelerate fast enough when the light turned green. In order to avoid hitting me he swerved into the lane to my left which forced the car to my left to move into my lane which caused me to have to brake hard. He seemed oblivious of his actions. I called to tell his ""company"" about the driving but realized it was a one man show so it would be a waste of breath.

Mark is a special person and excellent plumber. I have used his services for over 20 years. I use the word (special) because I think he actually cares about his clients and they are NOT just a number. Thanks for your most recent visit; enjoying the new faucet you installed in the sink.
