Marks Plumbing provides quality services at fair prices. They are responsive and I've never had an issue getting an appointment with them quickly. When I needed multiple sinks put in at my new business, they quoted me the lowest price out of several local plumbers. I would definitely recommend calling them when you need a plumber!

Like much of WNY today, I woke up to a basement full of water. Mark's Plumbing came highly recommended by my neighbors. I called at 8:20am, fully expecting them to be flooded with calls already (and they were) but the receptionist said they would definitely get to my house at some point today. To my surprise, one of the guys called just an hour later. They pumped all of the water out of my basement and replaced the sump pump (with a 3 year warranty!) + check valve in just 2 hours. Both employees were extremely polite, informative, and professional. The total cost was very reasonable. I recommend Mark's and I will definitely be using them in the future!

Had a slow leak from 2nd floor bathtub into my ceiling. Called Mark's Plumbing in the morning and they came out same day for an estimate and repair. Jordan and Dave were an awesome and knowledgeable team. They took out a section of ceiling, showed me where the leak was, fixed it, tested it and were on their way. Actual cost was dead on with estimate. Thanks guys!

I can not say enough good things about these gentlemen. We had a major issue last weekend and Monday morning they came to the rescue. Very professional and clean. Helped every way possible and super reasonable with cost. A real gem in tonawanda. If you need any plumbing service done call Marks!

On January 2 2019 I had someone come to my house to give me a estimate for a hanging sewer and new stack pipe he stopped by looked at it told me he need the walls and ceilings open to get a better idea of what needs done I took the walls down and opened up the ceiling called him back and was told that he was coming back on January 3,2019 had me settling all day waiting to hear from them no call or anything I called the office and texted him still no response I have 2 handicapped kids and now no way to shower them this company is a joke if I would of known this I would of never opened the walls and ceiling.!!!

I've never been able to find a plumber that was skilled and charged a fair price. Mark's is that plumber!
Mark's installed a water back up pump and replaced my old primary sump pump. They also replaced a couple shut off valves, installed a new toilet, installed a shut off valve on our wash tub, and cleaned out my sewer line.

There work was flawless AND Mark's was $950 cheaper than 2 other plumbers we got estimates from.

Any time I have plumbing work in the future, Mark's will be the plumber I use!

We had Mark's Plumbing out to do gas line work and for that job I would have given this company 4 stars. However, we then needed a plumber for repair work on a tub drain. I have left 2 messages for a return call and he has not bothered to call back either time. I would not recommend this plumber for that reason.

I struggled with hard water for years. My home sits on a rural plot, surrounded by wheat and corn fields, fed by a artisian well, and in close proximity to a limestone mine. Once my cheap water softener died, the lime and calcium deposits began to destroy my appliances. The dip tube in my water heater broke. The pressure tank began to take on water. My dishwasher began to fail. Clothes weren't getting clean. We had to drink bottled water.

Enter Mark's Plumbing. They analyzed the water problems, recommended a carbon filter, new pressure tank, and a potent new water softener. We also added a Navien on-demand tankless water heater, pressure regulator, and venting.

The difference is night and day. Mark and his team were fast, professional, and were done within the day. The system works better than expected.

I trusted Mark's Plumbing with my home and was rewarded with a professionally installed and comprehensive system that exceeds my expectations AND increased my home's value. If you need a problem rectified, I highly recommend Mark's. They know water!

Mark's Plumbing from City of Tonawanda. Can not praise him and his work force enough. Diagnosed and fixed our issue very fast. Clean up left the house cleaner then when they arrived. Fair price with outstanding quality.
