Chris from Mark's Plumbing did a wonderful job for us! Our upstairs shower was leaking into the ceiling of our downstairs shower and we were afraid it would make a huge mess. He was able to find the leak (common problem, he said) quickly and easily. We are very happy.

Marks Plumbing was great until he no longer was in charge. The prices doubled and the customer service leaves a longtime customer to wonder if they STILL care about the local regular customers? Make sure you ask what the NEW hourly price for the reps will be. I paid 200.00 a hr for a simple faucet change Outrageous. This is not the Marks Plumbing I knew.????
Look around there is another Mark somewhere out there that is not a RIP off. .

Came out to Grand Island today to fix a leak, replace two faucets, and advise about how to deal with weird plumbing odor. Outstanding service, great work, very reasonable charge. Will be our go-to plumber from here on out.

Our laundry and shower backed up. it Was a mess! Our neighbor recommended Mark's plumbing. They thoroughly checked out the areas that backed up, including our cemented crawl space. They snaked our sewer lines. The young men were professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. They explained in detail the problems, the solutions and gave us the estimate. They were reasonably priced and cleaned up afterwards. A shout out to the operator who handles the phone calls. She's empathetic, knowledgeable and a delight to talk to. We highly recommend Mark's plumbing. We feel that they are trustworthy.

Our hot water tank started leaking & needed a replacement ASAP before it fully burst. Mark's Plumbing was able to get me scheduled & arrived to replace it in under 24 hours. They were knowledgeable, courteous & were even able to help troubleshoot another issue at the same time. The pricing was very reasonable (being in the construction business so I know pricing comparatively). They're definitely my go-to plumber in the future.

Mark's was wonderful! Previous to contacting Marks I was trying to figure out why my basement kept having puddles. I figured out it was the pressure relief valve that needed replacing. Mary was very friendly and kept great contact with me to let me know when they'd be able to be out to help. They were swiftly in and out along with affordable pricing. I'm so happy I found Marks Plumbing!
