HWH went out at night. Sent a request to Mark's Plumbing to have someone come out. Within an hour, Mark called and tried to troubleshoot with me via the phone. We could not get it to work. He came out the next day and fixed the problem within an hour. Highly recommend Mark for any plumbing issues.

I chose Mark of Mark's Plumbing in Batavia for a sink repair job. 5 out of 5, would choose again. Mark owns and almost is the company so he can make his bid and judgement calls on his own; he was absolutely punctual, he provided a quote based on photos I sent him of the problem, and when some unexpected trouble popped up along the way, he took ownership and fixed it at no extra charge (even though it might have been no fault of his) and knocked off 10% for the nuisance.

We have used Marks plumbing Inc. for many years now. Mark did all of the plumbing for our new kitchen remodel, and he's done our spigots on the outside of our home, he's done our water softener. And he is responsive and quick to help if there is a plumbing emergency, we all know how that can go! Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Mark's Plumbing. My toilet was leaking at the base and needed a new wax seal. Mark came out the next morning and fixed the problem efficiently and professionally, replacing the seal and ensuring the toilet was shimmed properly, and his price was very reasonable. I'd called around but other plumbers couldn't come out for several days, or they charged significantly more. Mark was very professional, courteous, and is a skilled plumber (the builder of my house also uses Mark which tells me he has to be good!).

I took his advice and contacted this company the next morning The technician was here in less than 2 hrs. Problem solved.
